Rude and totally unhelpful.

Dr is extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant. Doesn't listen when I speak and cuts me off. Feels like he doesn't even know anything about my condition. Makes people wait for over an hour even when door is wide open. Poor service and terrible music constantly plays on the waiting room. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not sure how anyone makes an appointment here." It turns out that to make an appointment, you just have to keep trying. Eventually, someone answers the phone. If you call and get the voice message, hang up and keep trying … Very poor service though.

Weren't that helpful. Not trying to solve my problem just saying that i had to change jobs.

very poor service. i tried calling almost 8times over a week then either no answer or gone to the voicemail. while upon following up they have returned or cancelled my referral from my GP. while chasing up with GP for new referral he refused to give a new referral saying that they shouldn't have cancelled it and the referral should be valid until 1 year. since being very difficult to get an appointment with specialist in wagga every single day delayed might get us to wait even moths longer time before we get to see specialist. very unprofessional and insensitive working personnel.

Dr confessed he had no idea of my skin condition. I opted for a patch test. Result was what I already knew (not even relayed to my condition). Script 4 pharmacy made cream @ $41.30. Tried 2x script. Doesn't help. Visits, tests, scripts have cost me >$300 for no outcome.
