Love the convenience but there's two things they need to work on 1. Pies, sausage rolls etc are always cold 2. They always try to charge me full price on current deals. For example, they had a deal where you buy a coffee and get bakery item for $3, but she still tried charging me full price. They've done this a few times as well so be wary. Apart from that the coffee is decent and there is always plenty of sauce for pies.

My 74 year old aunty attended this store on Friday to purchase 3 myki cards with $20 on each and to top up her card. the attended was rude and rushed her and then did dodgey stuff and her bank has now suspended her account. her bank transactions show numerous transactions of amounts in the $40’s, $30’s and $20’s. each myki card only has $20 on it. when her card got locked the attended told her to leave as she was holding up him serving other customers . DO NOT attend this shop. if i could give a negative review I would

A few months ago I purchase a concession myki card and went to finally use it today. 7 Eleven Essendon did not activate the card but took my $3 cash for the actual card. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt when I went into store to ask them to activate it today. That means they stole my $3 and put it in their pocket. And gave me a card that I paid for which is useless.

very bad experience colleague name ashok was not opening door and when i want to pay he was just on arranging box not giving damm about customer time

Ashok, he don’t deserve to be in costumer service, very rude and negative vibes i dont even want to give a single star .

Very well stock 7/11 convenience store with plenty of good quality items at reasonable prices. Just around the corner from the Essendon station and at the door step of the tram stop.
