I came to Fluence Clinic seeking a diagnoses for my ADHD that had previously been diagnosed by a Psychologist. Prior to this a saw a local Psychiatrist who completely disregarded my Psychologist's diagnoses and left me feeling hopeless. My experience with Fluence Clinic has been overwhelmingly positive. My first interaction with them was a phone conversation with a lady named Dawn. Dawn was polite & professional but most importantly emphatic towards my situation. Dawn was able to clearly explain the process and made me feel comfortable moving forward with booking an appointment. After speaking with Dawn, I spoke to a named Toni. Toni was also kind, warm & patient in assisting me with booking my appointment. Finally i had my consultation with Dr Bruce Khan. He was amazing & understanding he didn't make me feel silly for having concerns about potentially being Neurodivergent. Dr Bruce Khan gave me validation and made me feel that my concerns were warranted. He was both professional & genuinely invested in helping me. I left my appointment in tears of joy because it felt like after nine months of searching for help i was finally getting it. Amazing! Fluence clinic have been nothing but professional, caring, prompt and helpful. I was in an extremely stressful situation with my referring gp and Jade at Fluence was incredibly supportive and understanding, a gorgeous human being. Absolutely eased my mind, and Toni was extraordinary aswell with after support. They went above and beyond. Having mental health issues makes you extremely vulnerable, they were amazing advocates for me, i felt heard and cared for. Dr Taye was brilliant aswell, cannot recommend Fluence clinic highly enough

My doctor referred me to Fluence and told me he’d head great feedback from other patients. They were exceptional from start to finish. All of the people I spoke to at Fluence were so friendly and empathetic. The lady I first spoke to, Emma was so understanding as was Toni who also went out of her way to have me seen by a psychiatrist as soon as possible. They obviously have a really great understanding towards their ADHD patients and I even received a reminder an hour before my appointment. My psychiatrist was Dr Taye. He was so kind and empathetic and made everything make sense. I have already recommended Fluence to my cousin and a friend. I couldn’t recommend more and the cost of having an assessment was affordable and very reasonable.

I had an appointment with fluence clinic to address a suspicion I had ADHD. I managed to get an appointment within the week after paying the fees which is unheard of. After being diagnosed I trialed some medication. Unfortunately that medication made my ADHD worse. After emailing fluence clinic I've now been able to trial some different medications. I couldn't recommend them enough you won't be disappointed

After almost 23 years I was finally able to access my ASD diagnosis with Fluence in only a matter of weeks. Dr Arun Kumar was thorough, encouraging and above all so kind. I would also like to thank the lovely Toni, she was onto everything, chased up any issues and helped schedule me in. Fluence offered a quick, positive and professional service. The clinic provided great communication throughout the entirety of the process making for a simple and positive experience. The treating psychiatrist was understanding, thorough and informative. Having dealt with other practices Fluence was outstanding in all aspects.

After a slew of medical issues coming about the past few years, the idea of seeing yet another doctor about another problem was absolute daunting for me. I've seen what good doctors can do and when they are empathetic, real and thorough I feel validated as a patient. I felt heard, as my symptoms were investigated seriously. With the steps to get there it's been gentle for me to process too. With an exhausted and overworked health care system, it's difficult to be picky and sometimes you just have to adjust expectations accordingly. Moving things online has been an incredible move. This kind of accessibility has been paramount in sticking with my treatment plan. The take homes. The simple and fluid process was an absolute relief especially when you are prone to forgetfulness and or anxiety. Also, of note, was the genuine kindness and instant repport. I highly recommend. They are fast where you want them to be and slow where you need them to be.
