Abandon common sense all ye who enter here. The "manager" might not be the worst person in the universe, but she is at least the worst person that man knows about up till this point in time. As to why she chose a job where she has to deal with the public I do not understand, she has the most toxic and abrasive personality I have ever had to deal with. Every issue I have had personally or heard about this place (which is many) all revolves around her and her god complex when it comes to dealing with the unfortunate souls who make the mistake of entering the building. With there being so many employment places in Goulburn, there is absolutely no reason to put yourself through signing up with Max Employment. Avoid.

Worst job agency I've ever had to go to by far. The manager Natalie Fife is usually very rude and condescending for no reason whatsoever. If you ask her simple questions, she'll give you back some serious attitude. However, what happened today was absolutely insane. I went in for a 1:30pm appointment, and a little early so I asked if I could be seen now. Natalie was doing some paperwork which she said she had to finish immediately. I asked her if it was possible to see her right now but I kept getting snarky responses. Since this keeps happening I decided I had enough. I requested for a transfer form since the experience of going to Max Employment Goulburn is incredibly stressful because of her. As I was about to leave she said that my file will have comments in it. She also said that today I came in and attacked her. Which obviously didn't happen. I will now take this further since she may have written things about me which aren't true at all. Thank god the place has cameras that record audio, otherwise I might be in trouble since god knows what lies she has written down in her report. She also threatened to call the police on me. Crazy woman.

Terrible employees. Both are completely useless and rather spend their time doing nothing than helping or listening to reason. They don't treat mental health seriously or students seriously. They don't factor in people's lives or anything. They can't listen to reason and give serious attitude for even the most basic questions or reasoning. The manager(?) Is an incredibly stuck up woman and quotes lines over and over with threats of cutting payment or not meeting obligations if you don't do what she says.

Terrible employees. Worset humans ever. They do not provide anyone with employment unless there is a kickback in it for them. Very rude with bad attitudes compleatly driven to cut people's payments for any reason they can find or immagin.

Been with max employmant for ages but since seeing Ambros everything has been alot more clear he is very proactive and a great mentor in helping me maintain alot of aspects in my life and pushing me to try harder has motivated me alot he is definitely an asset to max employment
