We had an amazing three days of family fun at this beautiful house: 3 generations happily accommodated:dolphins in the surf everyday : relaxing, spacious and stunning views

Ah may ZING!!! We are a large family with adult children and partners who needed a house that would accommodate our every need for our family reunion - including our fur babies. Danielle and Madeline at Niche Holiday Rentals were incredible! Responded immediately and so helpful! We stayed at ZEN Wamberal and WHOA! This house is spectacular with no expense spared. 5 large rooms (4 with open plan ensuites), fire place, media room for the kids, outdoor bath in the master, heated pool, absolute waterfront, sensored lighting, well stocked kitchen with 2 fridges and a huge butlers pantry, indoor/outdoor living style throughout with large doors that open up off every room, you will want for nothing! The perfect blend of luxury and comfort! There is so much space spread out across 3 levels. It rained heavily whilst we were there which only added to the peacefulness. The photos don’t do it justice! The Balinese feel when you walk in which can’t be captured will instantly relax you! Look no further! ZEN was amazing. We will absolutely be back and will use Niche through Madeline and Danielle again. We had a fantastic stay!

Girls weekend away at Elliot Falls - this home is amazing - the decor and attention to detail is superior. Plenty of room for 10 of us to sleep and chill. The pool and spa beautiful, the ability to do a bushwalk through the escarpment to the water fall was worth the walk. Thankyou to Niche Holiday Rentals for making this holiday seamless and within our budget.

We stayed at AASHIYANA house for 3 nights Absolutely beautiful home. The house had everything we could have wanted. It is a very large home, the view was wonderful from the lounge room and dinning area. The kitchen was the most well equiped kitchen I have ever rented in a home it had everything, rice cooker, blender, mixer, lovely glasses, dinner ware and plenty of cutlery, bowls everything is all there for you to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and cosy The home was clean and the area was quiet Very easy access from the freeway also Note all though we loved the house, it has a lot of stairs but it was still worth it

My family and I recently stayed at Habbaniyah and we absolutely loved it. The house is so well equiped, extremely comfortable beds and modern decor and appliances, everything you could need. The location is second to none, nothing better than being able to walk directly on to the beach at North Avoca. We couldn't fault it and the service from Madeline and Danielle. Thanks so much for everything, we will be back.

We loved our stay at The Residence. The home and property is just gorgeous, beautifully maintained, clean and quiet. The pool, spa, tennis court and snooker room kept everyone entertained and all the extras were just a bonus - oil, sugar, salt, pepper, cleaning products, body wash, toilet paper and plenty of pots and pans. We were 6 couples spending a weekend together. Fantastic amenities and beautiful views. Bit of a stroll to Terrigal restaurants. Coffee shop was a short walk.Thoroughly enjoyed.
