It's been a long time coming, but I finally had the opportunity to visit the famous Let's Eat Lunch Bar & Cafe yesterday! 😊 I had been hanging to try the Q&T Special after I had seen everyone raving about it on Perth’s Best Bánh Mì page whilst I was in COVID isolation. Unfortunately they had sold out of roast pork (unsurprisingly at that time of day), but Quang offered to substitute the roast pork for chicken. Of course!! Now, I have seen the hundreds of photos from everyone else's reviews and I knew this Banh Mi was going to look great, but I wasn't quite prepared for the sheer size of it! It would have to be the longest BM I have ever had. I can't imagine how intimidating the competition BM was at twice the length of this, perhaps I will have to find out one day? 😳 The presentation of this Banh Mi is simply stunning. It is an assault on the senses. It doesn't stop there though, because it has a flavour that is absolutely worthy of the appearance. The bread is beautifully baked, soft and fluffy with a lovely crunchy outer shell. I was pleasantly surprised how little crumbs there were. The chicken and pork was tender, juicy and plentiful, and were balanced out beautifully by the pickled vegetables, corriander and a nice dose of chilli. The pate, mayo and sauce combined perfectly with the rest of the ingredients to ensure an equal taste to each and every bite. They even add pork crackling dust for that extra crunch! This really is a high quality Banh Mi that will not leave you hungry.... It was an absolute pleasure meeting Quang & Thuy today and it's refreshing to see people so happy at doing what they do so well. Your friendliness and quality of service will keep people coming back for more - I know I will be!! 😊

Very busy lunch bar in North Perth, we went at around 1pm. The cafe was busy for lunch rush. The table were set up outside along footpath. Most of the customer just grab takeaway food and coffee. We ordered traditional Bahn mi and Q&T Bahn mi. Both were very tasty and good portion for lunch. Their coffee was also nice. Highly recommended for a quick lunch

Edit: we came back for the crispy pork bahn mi. Oh my! The best crispy pork bahn mi this side of Saigon? The bahn mi has to be eaten to be believed. Crusty roll. Delicious ingredients. We will be back.

This was such a great experience. First time coming here after recommendations from friends, and it didn't disappoint. The ordering was very simple and easy. The wait time was very short considering how busy it was. The Spicy Chicken Vietnamese Roll Banh Mi was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. The portion size was quite large as well considering the competition in the city. Must visit this place for a mean lunch.

The best Banh Mi in Perth! (So far) 🙂 Took a friend to try for her first time. She absolutely loved it. Can recommend with confidence, you will not be disappointed. Expect lunchtimes rush. Get in early to avoid missing out.

I ordered the roast pork Banh Mi. It was delightful in every way. I can't recall the last time I had roast pork belly that tuned the crispness of the crackling so perfectly, but the culinary adventure didn't stop there. The cut carrot was so fresh it might have been harvested just that morning, and the crust in the bun was similarly perfect. Visit this place. Today. And again and again.

Great fresh Bahn Mi, I always come here on my lunch break, line is always out the door it’s that good! 😍 Fried chicken is tasty too! Kinda embarrassing how often I’ve been coming here, even the staff realised I keep coming back 😂🫣

Tried out this place as a recommendation from a foodie friend. Unfortunately the roast pork was a little dry and chewy but the crackle was super crispy and the ingredients were fresh. The roll was a little on the dry side for my liking, I would have liked more paté and mayo for a 5 star review. The Vietnamese iced coffee wasn't very sweet and a little watered down. My least favourite iced coffee so far. The owner is super friendly and it has a great vibe and has steady business.

Fantastic food and super friendly, really enjoyed my Banh Mi!
