The first thing that comes to mind when you go to book the 'Q1 Resort and Spa', is luxury in the heart of the Gold Coast, well, that is at least what we were expecting... We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments for a much needed get away, for a group of 10 family members. Firstly, we were placed on different levels, even though we booked very far in advance. My particular apartment had a terrible black mould issue in our ensuite bathroom. The apartment was not exactly well equipped considering how much you pay per night! There is no cafe on site?! This is insane considering this is meant to be a luxury resort, yet no coffee! There is a bistro style restaurant located at the other end of the property, next to the last pool. Location is convenient and if you get a room on the higher levels, then you'll be met with fantastic views. Unfortunately, even at the price you pay, you still have to pay money to enter the observation area at the top of the building. It is rather disappointing the direction the Q1 has taken. My advise, book 'Soul' by Peppers.

The reviews for this is overrated and definitely not worth a 4.4 rating. The view of the apartment is really nice and the 4 bedroom apartment that we were allocated had a view of the beach and the lagoon, and the apartment was conveniently located to the beach. That is where the positives end. There are a number of improvements that is required before we would consider staying here again: - the customer service was appalling. At check-in, our group had some issues with the booking, and the Asian customer service officer (had a black earring), was not empathetic at all, and gave us a smug look. I do not think any issues deserves this kind of attitude. Upon requesting to speak to the manager of the hotel, the manager did come and speak to us, assured us he would raise this with the GM to try and resolve the issue, however he clocked off without telling us and let us sit in the lobby for another one hour. - The apartment itself is spacious, however, the rooms are not sound proof or light proof. Most of the rooms did not have any sort of black out curtain and the sliding door in the apartment lets the light in and all the sound in from the living room. - The one room that was darker has no window however, was right next to the kitchen. This room seemed to hear running water all night. - Two dishwasher drawers is provided with the kitchen however one of them was broken and no attempt was made to fix it by the apartment. - The one dish washer drawer that was operating, was unable to wash the dishes cleanly - I think as this is considered to be a apartment, this should at a minimum be a good working appliance. - only dish washing powder was provided - no dish washing soap.

Great experience staying at the Q1 resort. I upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on a high floor, just to get a great view. I got to the 47th floor, and I had the front ocean facing apartment. It was really fantastic. Very spacious, clean. Well maintained . Two large bedrooms. Bathrooms spacious. Decor simple but effective for holiday rental. I was here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Reception staff always helpful. Of course, prices will go up when the borders open… and expectations will rise…. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would be happy to come back !

We stayed in a 3 bedroom sub penthouse (surprisingly well priced, we’re not rich). What an amazing place, the view as you’d expect, WOW. It was very clean, great parking, everything you need, comfy beds. It even had a special little kids hideaway in the apartment, the kids loved it. The only downside to the place we found was the pools, there are a few and they look great, but they are a bit on the cold side (about 24° and not heated), so we only used them the once, even the indoor “heated” one was only 26° and that pool was not good for kids. Also the spa pool had a max of 6 people, so for a place of this size, they could do with another 1 or 2. We’ll definitely be back though as this is pretty minor stuff

Overall this place is a nice stay. We stayed in an ocean room view which was nice but as the building is behind a few other high rise buildings the view is a little obstructed. The room was also nice however for the price you pay I would've expected a little more from the room such as shower robes, slippers for the room, hygiene products (such as shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton ear buds). That is just going off other hotels I've stayed at where I've paid similar prices. The service was good. We requested items from housekeeping and they delivered within 5 minutes. I had ordered a drink when at the pool but that came after about 40 minutes and I had to ask if they had forgotten about the order. The location is not bad, we had to walk about 15-30 minutes for many of the activities we did but there is a beach a few minutes away which was good. Overall nice place and nice stay but you may be able to find similar value for lesser prices.

Location is nice, close to the beach. The gym is nice and was never too crowded. The pool on the other side was very crowded usually, impossible to get a sunchair sometimes. A lot of children as well, this should be anticipated when booking. Nice views from the upper floors.

What an amazing place to be at while at gold coast. We booked a 3 bedroom sub penthouse for a milestone birthday with friends and we weren't disappointed. The apartment was on 72nd floor...yes very high! Views were incredible, really spacious apartment...very modern and comfortable. Luxurious stay. Loved it! The pool on the ground level is also beautiful!

Feel like going on a holiday and sleeping in? Well good luck doing it here. Room 2707 has no block out blinds in the lounge room or bedroom, it has a large frosted door leading to the bedroom which does absolutely nothing to stop the morning sun which mind you is up at 5 a.m, so if you have a 18 month old like us, best of luck with it. The poor maintenance guys have to constantly deal with this issue by coming around and taping up bed sheets over the bedroom windows to try and make it well less $h1t. This issue is because it's a privately owned apartment and the landlord not wanting to spend money.

With my family, I went to this hotel. It looked well established from the outside and it made me curious about what I was going to encounter. All and all the room was nice and how you would want it although the bathroom wasn't that good. You would expect a better bathroom with the price being paid. The pools were relaxing and had space for some to take laps. Not reflecting on the behavior of the hotel itself, some residents were mistreating the pool property making it less enjoyable for others. The location is nice, close to the beach and the markets. My favorite part is definitely the breakfast on the top floor, your at the top floor of the tallest building in Australia, you have to enjoy it.

Pleasant stay for 5 nights for my family. Helpful reception, easy check in and check out. Convenient location. Quiet at night for sleep. Clean and have everything you need for a family with children. Only one thing can complain is about the curtains in the bedroom. They don’t have double blind or blackout blind. Room will become fully bright when sunrise.

Recently stayed at the Q1 and were very happy with our stay! It’s on the pricier side, but the apartment we stayed in was quite spacious. I feel though the the bang for your buck really comes from being up high and taking in the views, whereas we were on the 4th floor so could have really stayed at any hotel. We did take our two boys with us and there was a gorgeous swimming area that they loved. It is right in the heart of everything so it is only a short walk to and from places and close to convenient stores if you need it! Would definitely come back again 🙌🏻

I have never written a review ever, however I am compelled to write this... We stayed in a one bedroom family spa apartment for 3 nights and paid the refundable rate which was an exorbitant amount per night, thus expecting a decent room. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator it was anything but decent. Walking to our room there was a strange musty smell in the corridor and when we opened the door we were greeted by the smell of sewage. The furniture was minimal, cheap and worn. In the bathroom, the toilet brush holder and bin were rusted, and the door handle was ready to fall off the door. The toiletries were also minimal and of poor quality, and bath towels were thin and felt like sandpaper. The pillows on our bed were flat and stained yellow from over use and the bed was so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The next morning we reported the smell and all the above issues to staff at reception and to my surprise they were aware of the foul smell and said they could rectify this, put a mattress topper on the bed and bring a maintenance person to fix the door handle. We left the room for the whole day giving them ample time however when we returned only housekeeping had been and the smell and door handle had not been fixed. Fearing we would get charged for breaking the door handle my husband being the handy man that he is decided to fix it himself. We could not use the heating as the smell was coming through the vents so we froze for another evening. The smell was rectified on the day before we checked out but it was little too late. I cannot understand why rooms are not inspected before guests arrive to occupy them, and if you are aware of issues why they are not fixed prior to the arrival of your guests. The room was sub standard and definitely not worth the price we paid which was more than double the amount I would have been happy to pay for such poor quality room amenities and comfort. This definitely put a damper on our short getaway especially when you make such an effort to come up from Melbourne. Unfortunately this was our first and last stay at the 'Iconic' Q1.

Stayed for a work trip, beautiful apartment with stunning views. Free parking was easy and accessible. Room amenities were very handy. Unfortunately the service was very average, no one really had a helpful attitude, and it felt like staff were doing me a favour whenever asked to do something. There are also signs everywhere telling you not to do so many things, which was of putting but overall a nice stay.

First time here, and we stayed four nights. Without exception, very enjoyable. Central, clean, and staff efficient and friendly. Housekeeping was amazing. The management here run a tight ship without being overbearing. Our only regret was leaving. But we'll be back.

No helpful information given on checkin. It was so quick. Could of given some information to make our stay easier. Room was clean. Breakfast is buffet but you must pay for it. Nothing is free except parking.. my impression is the hotel wants to make as much money off you as they can. Staff aren't friendly ( a smile wouldn't hurt) and not enough items given for the amount of money you pay. It's the bare minimum hotel.

The location was great, as was the service. My room, however, wasn't the best experience. Using the air conditioning emitted an odour that essentially made the room smell like a urinal. As for the TVs, the one in the lounge room kept buffering streamed content... which was a nuisance. But that was just my room. Friends staying on different floors didn't have my experience. Would I go back... for what I paid, no.

I chose to stay at Q1 for my honeymoon as I’ve heard that it’s the tallest residential building in the Southern Hemisphere and a top quality resort. I was expecting something amazing, however I can safely say I will never be staying here again and I was appalled at my experience. Here is the breakdown: 1. There were cockroaches in the apartment. 2. The couch was dirty and smelly. There was a stain on the couch which made me uncomfortable. My husband and I were itchy after sitting on it. 3. The sheets were not clean. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress protector. (I have photos of this). 4. Asked for a queen bed and got two singles zipped together that were not comfortable. 5. When I asked for room service for towels they indicated I had only paid for a basic service but I do not recall electing this at all. 6. The plates and glass had a bad odour and were stained. 7. I failed to display my car park ticket for one night only and got a sticker on my windshield that the cleaners had to remove after I had complained. 8. Despite saying I was on my honeymoon no complimentary drinks as other hotels did during my honeymoon. Overall I will never be staying here again and I will be advising my many relatives who travel to Gold Coast frequently not to stay here. Disappointed and won’t be back.

I've been here 3 times back when the penthouse was affordable for the average Aussie. This time we stayed in level 33. It was 'two rooms' however the second room must've been a study turned room. One door opened to the kitchen and right up against the washer/drier and the other was a set of sliding doors. There were no cupboard to store clothing in. The vacuum in this place didn't work nor did the dishwasher. We stayed for 8 nights and it was nearly impossible to cook anything as the dinnerware and utensils were so limited. While the location is great, I don't think we'll be staying here again.

I picked the Q1 literally with a pin in a nap on our first visit 7 years ago and it set the standard for all other hotels we've stayed at ever since. This year we returned full of expectations and every single one has been exceeded. The facilities are beyond reproach... Even the pillows! It's central, within 5 minutes of all surfers activity yet quiet, peaceful and relaxing. As well as easy access to the beach there also the excellent pool and spa facilities. Whenever we come to surfers this is our go to place

Love love loved staying at this place!!! First, my partner and two friends rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights on the 15th floor and it was so comfortable and spacious and was easily cooled with the aircon even with both zones selected. Views are beautiful especially when the jetted tub has a view of the city which my partner and I found very romantic. After my mates flew home my partner and I checked into a smaller 1 bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for us, exact same luxury. They left us some champagne and a bath bomb along with some chocolates which we thought was very thoughtful and kind of Q1, and had a stunning view of the ocean which I was surprised we didn’t have to pay more than what we did. The pools and spa and sauna is amazing and the location is so close to everything, so good being able to walk along the beach to get to Cavill ave. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again, special mention to Yumi and Nigel for all their awesome service.

Stayed for 3 nights in the penthouse apartment. Property was outdated by view was great! Requested late check out or 11/11:30am and was denied. For the price we paid and length of stay, it was a small gesture that would have made our departure a lot smoother. Bed was uncomfortable. AC doesn’t function properly and turns off overnight. Really an apartment property not a hotel or even serviced apartment. Would have had a better experience at a Meriton. All in all, nice hotel but not worth the hype.

Rooms are huge, lots of wasted space, we visited last year and loves it so came back. But the Aircon makes the rooms horrible, apparently they’ve locked it so it can only go to 22deg.. and you have to chose bedrooms or living areas and that aircon is only running at 25% capacities. I spoke to other guests and all said the same rooms are way too hot. makes it impossible if you have a napping baby. We were close to leaving it was that hot, our baby monitor said 27 degrees inside the room at 9am. What an absolute joke, will never stay here again for this reason alone.

The best resort in Australia. Love this place. The staff are amazing, so kind and caring, from management to waiters to cleaning staff . The resort itself is beyond amazing!! The room large modern and very tasteful. View to die for. It's like being on a stunning tropical island. Have never stayed anywhere so amazing!! 5 star all the way :) couldn't be more impressed and happier :) thank you for the best holiday we have ever had. We will be back one day, and we promise!! From Deb Hancock and Nick :)

I am writing this review as I sit on my bed on the 73rd Floor Sub-Penthouse. At $900 a night for up to 7 guests during the week I found it to be a bargain in my opinion. The view, the view, the view. Need I say more? The bed are extremely comfortable and the apartment literally has everything you need and is fully self-contained. To be honest I wish I never had to leave. The lifts are lighting fast and the parking was free for up to two cars with this room They have room service but the Q1 is extremely close to a vast array of restaurants, attractions and of course the beach. Man, I loved this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My second time staying here and I think I loved it even more! Fantastic view, spacious apartment and love, love, love the spa bath! The Q1 is so convenient to everything without being in the middle of Surfer’s. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a spontaneous trip away and Q1 was the best value for money we could find at such short notice. The apartment we stayed in was exactly what we needed with our little child, plenty of room to run around. The receptionists were fantastic, very friendly and willing to assist. Location was perfect and very easy to walk to everything. We had a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Good place to stay at the Gold Coast. The room with city view has a bit of ocean view. We loved the spa very much. The pools were nice and the 360 degrees view of the Gold Coast at the top floor dining area was amazing. The staff are helpful as well.

Great experience. We were on floor 20. Only down side was that all windows in my room are bolted shut so no fresh air can get in. It also gets very loud when the wind picks up, and a lot of whistling. I supposed that's to be expected. Central Air-conditioning was amazing. Foxtel on the TV. Great views of the city, beach, and pools.

They took 100$ after I check in for no reason! I went just for 1 night and my husband and I didn’t spend much time in the room. Also the location it’s not in the restaurant and party. The street Dark and Empty compare with other locations in Surfers paradise, ITS CALM, that’s good in some way but on my opinion I felt like no one is out. I booked Q1 couple of times and it’s good when we come family holiday but the last time we went for our anniversary and I just came back to Syd when I saw they took 100$ extra when already the room was 299$

We stayed one night at the Q1 for business purposes. 1 bedroom apartment on 25th floor was perfect. It was clean, and furnished well. The staff were amazing. Good location We are staying next month for 6 nights.I believe I made the perfect choice in booking the Q1 for the respite accommodation for my Client, myself and staff member. Outstanding.

What makes the Q1 different from most of the others ..... it has most of the necessity shops at the base of the building - grocery shopping and shopping in general - the beach - and attractions within walking distance. The rooms have a dishwasher washer, washing machine and clothes dryer, and spa that actually works really well. The room had as pictured views as advertised - lifts are super quick and the Skyview lookout is awesome. The staff is pleasant overall a great experience. Oh, you do not have to worry about parking as the Q1 has underneath secured parking. The only nit-pick items I had was the shower door can swing outwards while having a shower and the faucet on the hand basins are on the left - both causing wet areas if not careful.

The resort is in a great location , 2 min walk to the beach, the main pool is spacious with separate kiddie pool and lap pool. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable but the sheets do come off at the slightest touch so you wake up in the middle of the night on the bare mattress. Free underground parking on site, coffee shop on the ground floor. Overall excellent hotel that attracts all kinds of people

  • 3/5 Bella X. 2 years ago on Google
Great location. Within walking distance to all major shopping and eating strips and of course the beach. You also have a tram stop right outside your front door. Spacious room, however I think there is room for improvement with cleaning. We found a child’s toy under one of the couches. There were a couple of orange drip marks on the bedroom wall near the side table. In our 8 day stay, we had housekeeping come in once on day 3 only (whilst we were out) I get there are staff shortages (if this is actually the reason - I don’t know!) but at least twice in those 8 days would’ve been good. Great laundry room. Wardrobes could do with some extra hangers. It took me a couple of days to find the power point in the bathroom - interesting design: it’s hidden inside the draw/ under the bench! WiFi is also not the best. I stuck to using my own data. They have a room for you to store your luggage if you check out earlier than you need to depart. Lots of facilities- gym (no free weights), sauna, 2 pools as well as an undercover lap pool, a small arcade room, bbq facilities…

Fantastic location and spacious apartments. Our apartment was starting to be a bit worn or dated with some of its decor. There were also the odd damaged, ill-fitting or missing items. The resort has two outdoor pools and one indoor pool that provides for plenty of swimming and relaxation space. There is also a bar and game room. It was extremely quiet in the apartment despite being in the center of Surfer's Paradise. Overall, we had a good experience and I would recommend it for a good place to stay.

  • 5/5 Ace S. 5 months ago on Google
A little on the southern end of Surfers Paradise but we preferred the quieter scene for entry and exit from the building. Great views and awesome facilities. Was lucky enough to meet a team member in passing who just made our day, I think she was called Karen, based on her accent she was from South America somewhere, we believe. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. Great staff and great facilities, we'll be back!

great hotel with an amazing view, expected when it's the tallest, currently, Tower in Aus. Facilities are nice and staff are friendly however room service is not all provided so double check your booking. Location is super convenient being a short 5 min walk from the main stretch. Beach is a matter a seconds away depending how fast you can run. Pools and extras like gym, BBQs and spas are nice but not amazing amazing otherwise great stay. The rooms were nice but definitely a bit of age with only centerlised AC only that could not drop below 22c, has full kitchen facilities if required.I book with a package deal with flights so that was much cheaper. Have a great stay.

Took Grandma and my daughter for a girl's treat (3 generations). This was our second trip away here after a positive experience last year as well. The apartments are simple and clean and the view over the ocean is amazing. I would definitely recommend the ocean view room. The Asami restaurant downstairs is fabulous and there are other restaurants downstairs and nearby as well so getting out and about by car or walking distances is unnecessary. The staff at the reception desk are always friendly and helpful.

We were on floor 38 and the views were fantastic. This suite is privately owned and we booked this on Air B & B. Luxury, absolutely luxury. $1700.00 Aust for 4 days 3 nights. Worth every cent. 3 huge bedrooms and three bathrooms. Close to restaurants and bars. Ideal location. Q1 is up there with one the best places I have stayed.

Perfectly clean room! My family and I were very impressed at the impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the room! The ocean view apartment had a ‘new home’ smell to it! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and not one dust mite or crumb of food on the lounge! We even had Netflix on our TV! Would stay here again!

It's a fantastic building with amazing views and some really nice apartments. The steam room/sauna are both nice and the pools are also good too. The hot tub was very chemically and didn't smell very nice. The location is great for the Gold Coast. Although, the Gold Coast is far from my favorite part of Queensland.

We were absoluetly amazed with the space of the 3 bedroom apartment. The service was fantastic, the only thing I could find negative was the bed was quite firm and we only had a thin blanket under the sheet to cover us so we needed to keep the AC on warm all night and we had to go for a walk to get a good coffee. Would come back on our next trip with the family however I know for next time to bring my own coffee pod machine, being from Melbourne I need my coffee!

Had a brilliant experience at Q1 recently - I booked 7 nights with my wife and two boys (aged 8 and 10) and we were very impressed. We requested in advance a higher level floor and were checked into floor 59 - wow, what a view! Simply breath taking. Customer service was superb, check in experience fantastic. The front desk were always happy to help and super professional, well done Q1. The location is brilliant of course, the tram station is right next door and the beach a very short walk. The apartment was very spacious for our family, the biggest we have ever stayed in. Clean, tidy and super modern. TV was huge, I'm guessing 65inch plus. Kitchen was very large and also modern. We found the blinds are not very effective at keeping out the light during the morning, so I'd recommend packing an eye mask - no big deal. Sleeping was no issue, you can hear a distant hum from the roads below, but that's it. Beds were very comfortable. There are three pools to choose from, we only used the one closest to Longboards restaurant, the kids loved it. Obviously if you want super ultimate luxury then there are plenty of other accommodation options on the GC that offer this level of comfort, but you'll need to pay quite a premium over the Q1. I think Q1 is great value for money, can't recommend enough. We'll definitely be back.

Wow , how good is this place. Super clean , really friendly staff. We were on the 42nd floor with beach /sea and city views. The spa suite had everything we needed and comfy. Plenty of room around the pool area with BBQ facilities. Walking distance to the beach , restaurants, shops and even to our jet boat ride. In a word , exceptional.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Q1, actually this was our 3rd stay. Location is good being close to everything. Rooms are clean with amenities in room good. 3 pools to choose from. Good restaurant on site. Staff are helpful & the little coffee shop on the ground floor makes great coffee & has great options for breakfast. Overall, highly recommended & looking forward to coming back

Clean and modern resort within walking distance of the Gold Coast. The pool is large and there is a heated indoor pool also. We had a spacious 2 bedroom unit with modern fit out and very clean. We also stayed at the Sheraton grand mirage but thought this was far better value and location.

Hello i just finished 8 glorious days at your Property. My 80 year old mother and I started at a different property on day one which was a disaster . I came straight to your resort and never looked back I was greeted by Nigel at Reception who was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. He is a great asset to your property . I had the one of the best day spa experiences I have ever had last weekend. The attention to detail was incredibly, the facilities impeccable and the staff so lovely. What a perfect experience, can't rate highly enough and will be back! Thank you for making the lead up to Christmas a fabulous one!

My daughter and I had a most enjoyable 4 days at this resort over the Gold Coast Marathon weekend. We had a large 2 bedroom apartment on the 47th floor. The apartment itself could be described as ‘minimalist’, even ‘austere’, but this only enhanced the spectacular views at every window. The main bedroom was spacious with a large bath/spa tub. Very basic daily service providing fresh towels, tea towels and toilet paper but no extra shampoo or shower gel etc. I did not check if these items were available on request but I suspect they were. The master bathroom did have a mild mouldy odour but everything seemed clean. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely though the indoor pool/spa and gym area were not really inviting. Through the gym area there are saunas and bathrooms. The location of the resort is ideal for easy access to the beach and tram stop and its a short walk to central Surfers Cavill Avenue area. A great feature is the free underground parking for guests. With 77 floors it is not surprising that at certain times you have to wait a long time for a lift. On the whole, the ‘Ocean View’ apartments are very comfortable and I would definitely return.

We stayed here for five days and couldn't fault the place. Apartments are very roomy and clean. The hotel has the light rail a 2 minute walk away. Recommend a $10 day pass for unlimited travel. A short walk to the restaurant precinct or use your pass. A 10 minute Uber to the Casino. Fantastic.

Fantastic place to stay and great for children. The pools are endless fun and right across from the beach. The accommodation is very spacious but sparse and cold. A painting on a wall and some laps would go a long way to make the place warm and welcoming. The kitchen is extremely limited. Not even dish washing liquid sachets supplied. Staff are wonderful, from front of desk to housekeeping. They each do a great job and they truly want to help. I would come back again.

Great place to get away for a weekend or longer. Close to central Surfers Paradise and the beach. Cavill Avenue is an easy 10 minute walk and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was spacious and clean, didn't get to use the spa bath as we were too busy exploring. Beautiful pools and grounds. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fabulous location. Nice views. Apartment windows could have been clean . It kinds of ruins the view to stare at it dirty. Staff not so friendly I like to be close to all the restaurants and close to the beach It needs improvement but def value for money

Enjoyed our stay at Q1, we were on the 46th floor with beach /sea and city views. It is right in the heart of everything so it is only a short walk to and from places and close to convenient stores if you need it. There are three pools to choose from, plenty of room around the pool area with BBQ facilities. The apartment was very spacious for our family, the biggest we have ever stayed in. Clean, tidy and super modern. Kitchen was very large and also modern. We found the blinds are very effective at keeping out the light during the morning. Sleeping was no issue, you can hear a distant hum from the roads below, but that's it. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a one bedroom apartment ocean views. We were not disappointed. Very happy with it and it was great to watch the sunrise in the early mornings. The service from the staff was also top notch and they were very friendly. The only other facilities we used is the indoor pool which could be heated a little more and the hot tub spa which was really nice and hot. It also does come with a gym to use and a games room for kids. All in all fantastic location and literally a 3 min walk to the beach.

Best apartment I've stayed at on surface paradise, amazing service. The room was nice and spacious, not much furniture feels kinda plane. It's in good walking distance of everything. The facilities were good but in winter all the pools are cold. Overall it's and good and affordable apartment for a family to stay at.

I’m very pleased with my recent stay. Room was gorgeous at level 28 in the 2 bed ocean spa. Ocean views all around the apartment. Very spacious. Since being winter I was really hoping for heated pools, yes they had one but it was still pretty cold. Other than this I would definitely come back!
