Really quick service! I ordered my sweets online and the pick up confirmation came in no time. The pick up was smooth and did not have any issues with the whole customer experience. The sweets are slightly more expensive, however it is what you pay for when it has been shipped over. Would like them to have more stock of other British items though!

Impeccable service! I was sent a gift to my old address and not only did Tina help to track the gift but she phoned Aus Post multiple times on my behalf without being asked to help ensure it wouldn’t get lost or be returned and frequently updated me. She did everything possible to help and was lovely every step of the way; way above and beyond!! On top of that, the goods themselves are beautifully packaged and delicious. I love to order the genuine article in English chocolate and other sweets. Easy to order great service and quick dispatch. Reminds me I must order so Christmas chocolates. Australian chocolate is okay to however the English chocolate is a lot smoother.
