My husband had to cancel a trip due to COVID lockdowns and Steve Hammant has shown zero compassion. He has been trying to get a hold of him for weeks through Air BnB, his direct mobile number as advertised and even through Air BnB customer support and he has not replied. All that was offered was a $24 refund and threats of not refunding that at all due to us trying to get a hold of him. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this man and his properties at all costs.

Steve Hammant is unprofessional to say the least.

Amazing properties. I have stayed in several of these houses when in Townsville and they are very impressive. Steve is very easy to deal with and is always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend using Townsville Holiday Rentals!
