I’ve been meaning to write this for a long time. Lovely friendly staff especially the British chick who did my treatments, an absolute pleasure. The owner seemed that way too. The laser hair removal didn’t have a great affect on my brown skin though - when I’ve done it before it’s dropped out and never come back after a couple of sessions and no luck here. I know now to make sure it’s a Candela machine. Anyway, 3 days before Christmas my car broke down and I couldn’t start it as I was leaving for an appointment. I immediately called them to say I’m so sorry but my car isn’t starting, I need to call the AA so I won’t be able to be there for my appointment. The owner took me aback with her response. She didn’t believe me! She said well there’s a 24 hour cancellation policy and I’ve rostered staff on. I was beyond bewildered. I said I totally understand that but do you hear what I’m saying - my car is not starting a couple of days before Christmas and it’s out of my hands I can’t make it. Still no empathy and mentioned the 24 hour cancellation again. I hung up to call the AA, got it sorted then called her back later that afternoon to make another appointment hopefully for later that day. She doubled down and said it all again. I said do you understand that I have never missed an appointment before, and I literally could not start the car to get there, and how stressful that would be just before Xmas plans - and that I didn’t expect her to respond with basically accusing me of lying. She had no understanding whatsoever. My mind is absolutely blown at how this woman is running a business. Never come across anything like it! I have a lot of hairy friends I was going to send your way but absolutely won’t be any more 😂

I have been left with a Permanent Scar after having a treatment to remove/lighten sun spots on my hands. I did return, the therapist assured me the issue would resolve itself. Over a year later, visible scar on my hand is still there, which is visibly worse than the small sun spot - extremely disappointed .

I’ve had 3 appointments and already seeing such amazing results. The staff are absolutely beautiful. 10 stars 🌟

The absolute loveliest, friendliest staff!! I've been here about 5 times now for laser hair removal. I can say the results are amazing!! My hairs growing back much slower now. The staff is also never sales-y like other skin clinics. So you just feel absolutely comfortable there. Would recommend, and I'd also try their other service. 5/5.

A friend recommended Hands On Laser & Cosmetic Clinic. She researched for some time and was very happy. I decided to try the HIFU treatment. I was nervous but Kat was wonderful, explaining everything to me in detail. I was also a bit skeptical but I should not have worried. I was told I would see results in 8 weeks but it has been 4 weeks and I am so happy. I am 59 and although my skin is quite good, as menopause hit, my face was sagging, and considerably over the past year. After my treatment, I still look the same but my face has lifted and I look fresher and I have to say a bit younger. I have also noticed when I wear makeup, my skin is so smooth. I can’t wait to see further improvements in the coming weeks. Thank you so much ladies. I am so happy.

Hands On Laser & Beauty Therapy is a very professional business, the staff are always polite and inviting, treatments are relatively well priced and performed well. They value their customers, are welcoming and have rewards (such as birthday offers). The facilities are well maintained, clean and warm.
