Wow! Totally impressed with the emergency mobile service I received from Tempest Cycles. I emailed Rob, the owner while I was on a cycling trip in the Hunter valley and he responded immediately to help. He was incredibly flexible fitting in the mobile service at a convenient time, and talked me through the issues with my bike, which assured me I was in safe hands and shows how deeply Rob cares about his work. Unfortunately, I'd had another service just before the trip which had caused more harm than good, hence the emergency service. Rob exudes good energy! The kinda person you wanna hang out and have a beer with. I wish we had a Tempest Cycles shop in Sydney, because it's hard to come by this level of knowledge, service and overall good egg energy! Thanks Rob. I hope we visit the workshop in Cessnock soon.

Rob and the staff at Tempest are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's reassuring to know that the people who service my bikes actually make ultra high quality bike frames and complete bikes from the ground up, on site. What Rob and his staff don't know about bicycles isn't worth knowing. I know my bikes are in good hands when they go here for a service. One day I'll save up some dough and treat myself to a custom made bike from Tempest.

I had an issue with a new build. There was a bit of play in the frame/fork interface. The installation instructions indicated that all was logically correct but Rob from Tempest noticed that there needed to be shims between the compression ring and cap as it was rubbing on the frame. Great detective work since this wasn't shown in the assembly instructions. Rob was able to make some shims to fit and all is now as it should be. There are times when you need to leave your bike in the hands of an expert. Very professional. 5 stars

Great bike shop looked on the website found the bike I liked (NCM Moscow M3 mountain bike) reviewed it then went and seen them to see if it was the right choice and they highly recommended with no bullshite to try and get me to buy different more expensive one, pricing is good. Shipping was a little slow not any fault from them but the wait was worth it. Great customer service always has time to talk highly recommend stopping by and having a talk if you are thinking about buying a bike.
