I was on the lookout for a special addition to my collection and they had me sorted. The item I picked up for my collection was a true-blue masterpiece. Their service was absolutely top-notch! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they were helping me add a touch of Aussie style to my collection.

Top place. I spent about 30 mins looking at shoes and other clothes and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I think the person who helped me was Charlie.

Have visited 3 times in the last 2 weeks to finalise an outfit for a wedding in the UK. Trousers, Jacket, shirt and tie. The help given has been outstanding; light-hearted, honest, realistic and supportive. I doubt you'd find better anywhere. Today 27/07/2023, the final piece to the jigsaw was set in place (the tie). Spent a weekend in Mudgee and decided in store that I wanted to purchase my first pair of RM Williams boots. Not really knowing the range well, Ben assisted and ran me through the options but I wasn't ready to buy on the spot. Called again today (Monday) and spoke to Andrew to order the boots Ben helped me select. Outstanding customer service by both Ben and Andrew, highly recommended!

Shopped here 3 times in the last year. First time for a suit, chose the wrong size and they had no problems exchanging for me. Second time for boots, service was quick and boots are fantastic. Third during lockdown and purchase was dropped at my door. Can't fault the service or the stock. Thanks

The two Ben’s were amazing and got me got me exactly what i wanted even though is was a first time country hat buyer (Akubra) and the shirt size i needed was hand delivered from Bathurst, over night.. now thats impressive.

Just walked in looking for a pair of rm boots with my girlfriend. met with scowls and frowned faces. No greeting. Shop attendant looked at us, then dialled their phone and walked off. So much for the "country service" sounds more like locals having a laugh. Dont judge a book by its cover ~poor form, not australian wouldnt recommend.
