I had a really bad experience in this shop, bought 2 bracelets and paid and the payment was approved on the machine and was deducted from my account but still pending and we waited for more than half an hour in the shop, and talked to my bank and they confirmed that the payment is pending but it went through successfully but they didn’t accept it , that wasn’t our problem because we didn’t want the items or the money , but one of the staff treated us disrespectfully in front of all the people like we don’t understand and she was so mean to us. This is really bad for the shop and not a good way to deal with the customers

Terribly rude staff, would not recommend this business, worst customer service- I didn’t understand the exchange policy and they were very aggressive and degrading while explaining it. I was totally fine doing an exchange and not a refund, and the entire time they were raising their voices at me about the shirt I was exchanging had wrinkles in it (see photo). I brought it home to try on, brought it back within the hour since they don’t have changing rooms, sorry I couldn’t iron it? They could have been polite and it would have been a simple exchange. I included a photo of my “absolutely terrible condition” exchange…

Good variety and reasonable prices. I was really impressed that everything they had was on point. I left with way more presents, treasures and souvenirs than I anticipated.
