My experience with plumber supplies was fantastic. Ordered some of the Nero products (mixer and bath towel holders) which were great price and the quality was really good. He has been tremendously helpful in ensuring we received the sink we had ordered. It had previously arrived damaged due to handling from the delivery driver and he was so responsive in a Friday afternoon, our of business hours. He was so considerate and took the time to secure us another sink and book it with another delivery company to make it to us in one piece! It was packaged amazingly! It arrived with no issues. It is one thing to help a customer with an issue but we really feel that Ben went above and beyond to fix our issue. He felt as thought he was so genuine throughout the whole process and very personable! We purchased the Chambord Legrande Single Bowl fireclay sink! It’s beautiful 😍

VERY HAPPY! Always challenging purchasing online with the risk colour may vary, however, Plumber supplies were super helpful, providing images, helping will all our questions. The Tiles and Taps were true to website images, Quality was unreal, we're just so happy after bad experiences at other plumbing stores. Safe to say we're coming back to Plumber for all our needed products. Highly Recommend these guys.
