The lady who was massaging me kept going in and out of the room through out the whole massage to talk to other customers and staff, she was texting and making phone calls whilst massaging me and then she had her phone sitting near my head which kept receiving msgs and was on loud. When I was getting dressed again she came in halfway through and seemed to get annoyed that I was taking too long getting dressed and then when I was leaving she just sat there looking at her phone. No pleasant professional greeting goodbye. I definitely won’t be back again! I had to pay before the massage and by the time it was over I just wanted to leave! It was so disappointing and not relaxing at all! Wish I kept my money! What a waste!!
