they should be close 2 pm . But I think is the stuff is really lazy. They close 1:30pm. Waste my time.

Got a vaccine here, it was great. Doctor was very happy to answer my questions and had a great time, eager to laugh. Receptionist was helpful, too. I don't understand these bad reviews and will absolutely be back. Don't believe everything you hear I guess, or go and try them for yourself!

The worst experience I ever had. Dr Kiu (room No.3) was very unprofessional and impatient, all I ever felt was this helplessness. I was also very disappointed with the receptionist lady. I arrived 5mins prior to my appointment (my appointment was at 9am) and should be the 1st patient, she just let someone jumped on the queue after I arrived and noticed her, when I questioned her what’s the appointment system for, she started lying and quibbling, and made me waited outside for extra 20mins after the previous patient was gone (I was the only one waiting and nobody was seeing the doctor at that time). Won’t visit this medical practice again and don’t recommend to anybody!

Receptionist made me wait 1 hr with a booking. Asked to see any doctor and she said none were available. New people were coming in and seeing the "other doctors" first which is absurd seeing as "none were available". Finally saw the doctor and was out in 2 minutes after getting a referral.

I actually wanted to call another clinic but I called the wrong number. And OMGoshhhhhhh after I said sorry, the lady who picked up phone call was sooooooooo rude to me! I can sort of understand why there are so many people leaving negative review!

Very bad experience!!! The receptionist's attitude really bad! I already make booking at 10AM, but still waiting untill 11AM. When i went to toilet, she said the other customer already go inside. Wasting time!

I have been attending this practice for many years, first seeing Dr Tai, then Dr Kiu. I have always found them to be professional, courteous and thorough. Rarely have I had to wait much past my appointment time, and the receptionists have always been polite and helpful.

Been going here most of my life. Dr. Kiu is very helpful and understanding, has a lot of patience and good at listening. Never had any issues with appointments and staff are generally very good.
