Totally
don't
recommend
them
to
anyone.
They
have
been
unprofessional
for
every
step
of
the
way.
We
are
based
in
NSW,
We
booked
an
appointment,
and
a
nurse
was
supposed
to
contact
us
via
video
conference.
They
don't
do
face
to
face,
and
the
supplied
video
App
doesn't
work.
We
asked
to
meet
in
person
and
they
refused.
Suddenly
the
nurse
cancelled
on
us
2
days
before
the
consultation,
rescheduling
again
after
2
weeks.
After
the
2
weeks,
we
received
a
phone
call
from
a
nurse
based
in
QLD
stating
that
they
are
not
taking
patients
due
to
COVID.
We
emailed
the
staff
from
Liverpool
NSW
and
they
responded
that
they
are
taking
patients.
Total
miscommunication
between
their
staff.
Their
doctor
also
consulted
with
us
via
phone
with
no
face
to
face.
The
entire
process
of
their
IVF
is
done
through
email
with
absolutely
no
proper
support
or
communication.
Phone
calls
are
rare.
The
egg
retrieval
process
was
done
in
the
city
at
gateway
day
hospital
which
was
odd
because
it's
completely
a
different
clinic.
The
doctor
started
operating
on
my
wife
before
the
sedation
took
effect
causing
her
excruciating
pain.
The
following
day
after
the
surgery,
there
was
excessive
bleeding.
We
contacted
the
provided
phone
number
but
there
was
no
answer.
We
called
an
ambulance
and
my
wife
was
taken
to
the
emergency
department.
The
doctor
at
the
ED
gave
us
an
ultrasound
that
was
supposed
to
be
sent
to
first
step
fertility.
We
contacted
them
and
the
nurse
said
that
the
results
should
be
sent
to
a
gynaecologist
meaning
that
they
don't
even
have
a
doctor
to
see
the
patients.
Their
idea
was
to
skip
the
current
cycle
due
to
excessive
bleeding
and
enlarged
ovaries.
The
implantation
is
to
take
place
after
2
weeks
without
being
properly
examined
by
a
doctor.
At
this
point,
we
started
looking
for
a
different
clinic
to
continue
the
IVF
process
