Hello Folk's, I recently purchased these green smoothies as a meal replacement. Nicely surprised with the taste. I add almond & soy & a little coconut milk. Your preference. Very healthy & filling. I received my first delivery next day as one of the owners was out near my house. Lovely lady with great enthusiasm & knowledge with her products that she has with her business partner. I now have incorporated these shakes into my daily routine & hope to substitute to 2 smoothies a day. Saves me making smoothies & the mess. I work long hour's & the product is fresh & easy to whip up in my blender before work. Very happy 😊 Darlene
