😠 Had my surgery in 2012. Was never right since! Back year after year without progress. Now wearing glasses as of 2020. Heaps of excuses. Why take my $8k if you can't take responsibility!? I can deal with dry eye and scorch marks, but I may as well stayed with specs and I'm telling everyone you'...

Paul McCartney couldn't wait to palmme off to his off sider when things didn't go right. I've given up!

Don't know why there are too many 1 star reviews, if there are many employees in a business, some will be very friendly to customers some will not be. But overall I had a pleasant experience. Didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment in my last 3 visits and overall 9 out of 10 interactions with employees (doctors, customer service, nurses) was excellent.

So I'm very sure all the bad ratings here are purely due to waiting times. Be prepared to wait up to 2 hours (which they do state in their forms) but the actual medical service and expertise here is amazing. My experiences have been amazing. Can only recommend their services 100% Dr Bylsma, the ladies in surgery and nurses all amazing. Don't plan anything close to the appointment time thoughyou'll just get stressed about waiting.

There are some very good specialists there but the one I was allocated had a pompous attitude, didn't bother to read the referral from from my doctor properly and after a quick examination started to write out a prescription for an ointment that my doctor had already put me on. When I asked "Is this an additional ointment to the one I am already on?" the learned academic asked "Which ointment is that"? to which I replied, " The one written on the referral form on your screen in front of you." And I had a very infectious disease in my eyes, which he touched because he didn't read the referral from and diagnosis properly. Not impressed.

Very poor business practices here. I have been going for a regular check up since 2017 and last year apparently my surgeon retired. Absolutely no handover whatsoever was done for me or my file as their ongoing patient. Instead I call up today to make an appointment and they tell me to go back to my GP to get a whole new referal and start again, exactly what I did 5 years ago. Hopeless...

Management should be embarrassed, 2.45 appointment dr seen at 5.15. Elderly patient crying with pain, due to sitting in wheelchair for hours it was heartbreaking. Got my mother back to nursing home at 6pm, confused and hungry. Just a churn them in business model in my opinion. DON'T GET OLD FOLKS.

My experience here was a fantastic one. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The specialist was excellent. The building was equipped with everything you needed and spacious. Keep up the great work.

I had a pretty good experience with LASIK. Can't complain about the procedure- pain free during the day and just sore overnight but certainly manageable.
