What kind of company makes their young woman staff keep the store open even after shopping centre has shut. Young girl Had to walk though a darkened shopping centre down into an underground car park the security was just in the process of shutting the gates for the night. No care for their staff and their safety. This is also happening g at the cairns shopping centre. Area Manager doesn't care. Not impressed Lavisa take better care of your young staff. A VERY CONCERNED parent my daughter was in tears.

26/12 Terrible customer service, not interested in helping people, 3 standing behind the counter, overheard talking about customers, earring stand on counter fell and hit my child in the face (crying and very upset) and not one of them came to see if she was ok. Furious is an understatement, words exchanged and walked out .

DO NOT GO TO LOVISA FOR PIERCINGS! GO TO KARMA HOUSE INSTEAD! I came in earlier today and asked for a nose piercing to be done, the lady told me it could only be done HALF WAY up my actual nose - way past the nostril and crease line. I calmly said that I would like it placed lower and she told me it was not possible and called security. I was so confused and disgusted when security arrived because I had not once been threatening or even argumentative towards the young worker. I ended up going to Karma House, where the girls were so lovely and accomodating and had an amazing experience - they also informed me it is highly illegal to pierce cartilage with a gun in qld, I’m not sure how your business is above this. Very unhappy.

Was demanded to give an email for a receipt I didn’t even want. why would I give a random stranger my personal email. All I wanted was $4 earrings. Don’t lie to customer saying that you need an email, it’s kinda creepy

My daughter had her 2nd ear piercing over Easter here. Lovely experience, lady doing her piercing was informative, reassuring and pleasant. Thank you very much

We came in this afternoon at 3:30 for two sets of piercings we had a booking that was put in the book for that time and we arrived 15 minutes before the booking. Another lady came in without a booking and was placed in front. We explained at the time of the booking that we will only wait around an extra hour and a half at the shops if we can definitely get my daughter's ears pierced at that time. the lady taking the booking assured us that we would get that spot and pace us in the book. I don't appreciate staff not doing the right thing and taking the booking placed in the book first. Especially after she called the other girl to be sure she would be at work on time Not only did I leave without getting my daughter getting her ears pierced there was no apologies. I also had $20 worth of items to purchase on top of the 2 sets of ears pierced so the store missed out on the sale and I'll not be shopping there again and will definitely let ppl know how staff handle booked bookings.

Customer service is very rude here by male worker had to speak to head office about ear rings I bought I tried to take back as faulty products hoops didn't last more than 2 fortnight and only to be told I could even get my history on computer on file as it not possible as he didn't believe I bought them there and had no proof of purchase email to me or printed out said it wasn't his problem also female put hoops in my ear only too drop them on floor and put into my ear dirty not happy I have got gift card as provided proof of purchase on statements need to step up there game with service and not to fight with a customer

I went in today to buy a few pieces of jewelry and when the lady at the counter asked if I wanted the receipt emailed to me I said no that's okay because my email was too long. I then went to say good bye and to have a good day and she didn't say anything so I assumed we were done and started to walk away. She then proceeded to roll her eyes, scoffed and forcibly push a receipt at my partner. I understand everyone has their bad days but it was really disrespectful, especially since it could've been easily avoided by a simple explanation.
