Exceptional service from the rug spa. Very responsive to messages, and I am amazed how my old rug has come up almost like new! We were moving and the collected it from our old place and delivered it to our new home.

We had a horribly wavy rug thanks to being rolled and stored for months. The team had the rug for a week and worked hard on it, getting the rug close to about 85-90% flat again. Still a few little creases but that's to be expected considering how extremely warped it was. Overall, very happy! One before and one after photo.
