139 Mitre Street Bathurst was very unclean - bath in bathroom needed cleaning before use,kitchen equipment including crockery with mould & pots all needed a wash before, cobwebs , dust & stained cushions. There were not even sufficient glasses & crockery for the 4 adults ! Even dirty towels in the washing machine. Arrival of 2 couples with 5 children under 5 years & accomodation fully paid for @$1100 for 2 nights - owner chosen to take no responsibility , yet complaint made on arrival. DEL
