Shop assistant was extremely rude. I hope she doesn't consider it part of 'wellness and harmony' to make ill mannered, sly and RACIST comments under her breath about the customers within the store. Hope this store takes the concerns of it's patrons seriously as there have been numerous complaints about this woman on other reviews.

Regardless whether I made a purchase in this shop. I would certainly will never come back and would recommend others to stay away. The extremely rude shop assistant who made derogatory and smart comments towards my elderly grandparents, this was not appreciated at all. After reading a few other reviews about their experience it appears the shop assistant does not value their customers.

I've never seen such a rude, dried-up old prune of a shop assistant. She thought her rude, sarcastic comments were funny but, they weren't. Do not even bother visiting. The products aren't even worth it.

Bought a moisturiser for dry skin that, although steeply priced smelt and applied great. More importantly the older lady on the counter was inattentive and borderline rude! Did not make us feel welcome or wanted in the store, almost felt like she actually wanted us out. Would suggest that the lady reconsider her profession if she is so unhappy with it ....

I visited the store in November 2022 together with my wife and had a wonderful time there. The store manager was pleasant and made me feel welcomed. As an eczema sufferer, the Calendula Cream has done wonders for my skin and I’m thankful to have gotten a chance to find out about the store and it’s products. Since then, I’ve re-purchased the Calendula cream once more in February 2023. I completely disagree with the negative comments posted here and will continue to sing praises for Beeswax and its products. Give it a go:) You won’t regret it!

I went there today and brought some lip balms as well as a moisturiser. The lip balm has been amazing & lasts ages on my incredibly dry lips, I can’t wait to get home from Adelaide to try the moisturiser for my husband’s psoriasis!

My shopping experience for hand lotion took a critical turn when I encountered exceptionally rude customer service. The saleswoman's disdainful attitude and dismissive behavior made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Such unprofessional conduct tarnishes the reputation of any establishment and leaves a lasting negative impression. A thorough review of customer service training and practices is undoubtedly needed in this store to ensure that future shoppers do not have to endure such a disheartening experience.

Great shop and much needed natural products for my very sensitive skin. I hope the new owners are as talented and experienced as you have been.
