Just wanted to give praise to a staff member. I believe she said her name was Lacy but it escapes me. She has exceptional customer service - so helpful, friendly and always up for banter. Love her energy. Keep up the good work guys.

Got to the store with 2 minutes till closing and low and behold the female in glass’s that was thing working closed early the store had clearly been closed for over ten minutes what a surprise you leave a woman in charge look what you get

wouldn’t refund me $200 for a piece that broke less then 24 hours from purchase was not my fault staff wouldn’t even inspect item will never return to a tsg again.
