Don’t get piercings from here! I went with a couple of girlfriends we were all getting the tops of our ears pierced, I turned up a bit later and when I went to pay first the girl behind the counter said there’s already two before you go away and come back in 25 minutes. I said I’m with them can I pay now and just wait? She looked like she was trying her best to get rid of me she said no you have to get the earrings off the girl doing the piercing so I waited, the girl doing the piercing didn’t even acknowledge me and wasn’t friendly at all, she just loaded up the gun and shoved them in my friends ears they said it hurt more than last time clearly because she was being rough. I went back to the counter to pay because it was my turn and she went and got the earrings for me even through before she told me she couldn’t. When I sat down the girl doing the piercing drew the dots on my ears but I couldn’t see where she’d done it and I said I can’t see the dots, she proceeded to just pierce the top of my ear and was really rough I said ouch! She rolled her eyes and then before I could say something she put another piercing on top on the last one. I said wait I wanted one on each side not two on one side! She rolled her eyes at me and said I’ll just have to give you a free one on the other side and before I could say anything she’d pierced the other side so now I had three piercings and she didn’t even say sorry she just walked off like it was my fault she didn’t listen. When I looked in the mirror I realised not only are they in crooked but they aren’t even, I left feeling really upset. I won’t be going back for anymore piercings from there, I don’t even think they’re trained properly.

I am absolutely disgusted with one of the Karrinyup staff, I went in earlier today with my mum to see if they had any magnetic studs and the girl we asked said that she wasn’t too sure which was fine, so I continued looking around while my mum went to another store. I was behind one of the racks and I overheard the same girl we spoke to tell another member of staff about the crazy customer she just had asking her if they had magnetic lashes and continued to say how she kept having to deal with the stupid customers and said quote “look around the store we don’t sell magnetic lashes we sell jewellery”, and then proceeded to tell other staff members about the “stupid” customer. If this is the culture Lovisa promotes with its workers and if this slander is tolerated I definitely won’t ever be shopping here again, clearly customer service is definitely not a priority and the workers being employed aren’t trained to deal with people, even going so far as to paint customer’s who asked a simple question in a bad light and tearing them down is absolutely disgusting. I genuinely hope no other customer will be bad mouthed like that in the future and Lovisa train their staff properly.

I’m not happy with lovisa at all, 4 days ago i went to Karrinyup Lovisa to buy some new jewellery, I brought a set of dragon earrings and a cute titanium Belly ring. When i got home to put the earrings in the hoops were already broken (i didn’t mind to much as they were cheap anyways) i put in my belly ring and it was perfect 4 days later The belly ring broke It was 40 dollars and lasted 5 minutes. I’m not happy to have spent 73 dollars at lovisa for the jewellery to break as soon at i take it out of the packet :(

I bought a pack of nose rings which i wanted to return. i checked the return policy which states that a product can be returned if its in the original store bought condition. the packet remained unopened and the jewellery was untouched so this was not a problem. i asked for a return or even an exchange and was denied because of "story policy". I told them it was unopened and unused and even showed them the packet and was still denied a refund. Never ever shopping at Lovisa again!

What in the world is the point to give a receipt if nothing is able to be exchanged or returned. Their cashiers should probably explain this or at least mention there’s a zero return or exchange.

Had my first helix piercing performed by the staff member "Hollie", who made it an absolutely wonderful experience; not only did she and the other staff members make me feel completely comfortable, but performed with the upmost professionalism and care. Lovely place and will certainly return in future for all my jewellery and piercing needs.

Two of the Staff was very rude and discriminatory against my partner who identified as lgbtq and was mocking her because of it

great service, got my right testy pierced here... it was twisted at birth so it never worked. The lady who pierced me whas very nice, very gentle.
