came in today for boots. just want to say your staff went out of there way to help me. ended up leaving with new work boots and a new tool box

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The owner, Jodie, was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. Even if she didn't have an immediate answer, she made sure to find it for me. She took the time to listen to my requirements and provided excellent advice and suggestions. Despite being located in a small country town, the store itself was well-stocked with a great selection of hardware and other items. I was able to find everything I needed, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Longroom Hardware, Jodie, and her team to anyone in the area in need of hardware and other supplies. Shopping there was truly a pleasure and I definitely plan to return.
