will
only
post
when
I
find
something
really
bad
or
I
feel
they
earned
a
positive
review.
The
customer
service
in
this
shop
is
terrible
and
I
purchased
I
knitted
rainbow
jumper
for
my
daughter
and
got
it
home
and
noticed
the
stitching
was
faulty.
Decided
to
go
back
to
the
store
and
replace
or
refund.
They
didn’t
have
the
size
so
asked
for
a
simple
refund.
OH
MY
GOD!
This
was
the
most
painful
procedure
I
have
ever
gone
through
in
a
shop
where
obviously
the
consumer
has
no
rights.
The
item
was
faulty
and
acknowledged
by
staff
as
faulty.
I
was
told
a
manager
had
to
o
approve
a
refund
but
wouldn’t
answer
the
phone.
I
asked
for
their
number
or
a
number
I
could
get
on
the
weekend
and
nothing.
I
was
told
to
return
through
the
week
I
don’t
have
the
opportunity
to
return
through
the
week
and
the
way
I
see
it,
if
your
happy
to
take
my
money
on
the
weekend
then
you
should
be
able
to
refund
me
if
the
item
is
FAULTY.
The
staff
here
have
the
worst
customer
service
and
are
clearly
not
trained
in
the
rights
of
consumers.
Will
I
return
here,
well
NO,
will
I
tell
people
about
this
and
the
service
I
received,
well
YES!
People
should
have
a
positive
experience
whether
they
are
in
your
shop
to
purchase
an
item
or
exchange
or
replace,
fairly
SIMPLE
when
you
think
about
it!

about
