    Very unhappy. Ordered some items online on 18/9. Got an email on 3/10 advising they don’t have the stock, so here’s a gift voucher valid for 6months! What a joke, if I wanted a voucher I would have purchased one and they should be vaild for 3yrs according to consumer affairs. What terrible customer service!

    LOVE THE CLOTHING! Store presentation and merchandising is stunnnningggg! I'm a regular customer and would live in these clothes! I hate leaving a negative comment but customer service needs to improve! The employees don't bother to even acknowledge you. I've been in multiple times and always hope for at least a "Hello"! Employees just talk with each other and pretend like they don't notice you're in there, I've even seen some on their phones. Seems like a common issue as I've heard many more stories of bad customer service at this store from many people. It is a shame so hopefully something might change!

    I placed an online order, received a defective dress, the customer service (melody specifically) treated me like an idiot and basically said "it's normal piece don't look like the website photos" and I can return the defective dress at my own cost. They are wilding... when you send a faulty product you should be getting a full refund but they charged me their normal return policy. 10$ for a faulty product. I have opened a complaint with fair trading and I will post this review on every single one of their store. Awaiting my full refund for the defective item.

    Bought a skirt in Byron Bay while on holidays last week from Sydney. Didn't try it on so was small once tried at home. I emailed Ghanda they sent me a return number. I returned the skirt to Ghanda in Byron within 2 days they called me I asked to swap it for another style to the equal money amount. Joel was amazing on the phone he said he would ask and call me back. Within 5 min all was sorted he asked me for my return address and he then texted me the tracking number of the new skirt he was sending me. Very impressed Great service.Thank you!

    Don’t get me wrong I love this store and have many items that i wear daily from them, today I had some very upsetting customer service. I asked a young lady if they had some shorts in a size12-14 and she replied with “ we actually do have some big sizes”and looked me up and down. Repeated the fact that the size was large a few times after. I’m not a very sensitive person but that comment made me super uncomfortable and my experience was very upsetting. It’s very easy to just say “we sure do I’ll have a look for you”. As I have worked years in customer service and would never say that or let alone judge another women’s body. Please be kinder to one another!

    Clothing is good and affordable. Service was pretty horrible. Girl at dressing rooms was helpful, though the rest of the staff was huddled behind the counter eating snacks and chatting. Took way too long to be noticed (despite being right in front of them) and 3 different people to put through my purchase- the first person was eating and just randomly walked away to look at herself in the mirror, the second decided they were going to go home half way through processing my purchase, and the third which picked up the purchase didn’t even tell me how much the purchase was before taking my card to pay.

    I will only post when I find something really bad or I feel they earned a positive review. The customer service in this shop is terrible and I purchased I knitted rainbow jumper for my daughter and got it home and noticed the stitching was faulty. Decided to go back to the store and replace or refund. They didn’t have the size so asked for a simple refund. OH MY GOD! This was the most painful procedure I have ever gone through in a shop where obviously the consumer has no rights. The item was faulty and acknowledged by staff as faulty. I was told a manager had to o approve a refund but wouldn’t answer the phone. I asked for their number or a number I could get on the weekend and nothing. I was told to return through the week I don’t have the opportunity to return through the week and the way I see it, if your happy to take my money on the weekend then you should be able to refund me if the item is FAULTY. The staff here have the worst customer service and are clearly not trained in the rights of consumers. Will I return here, well NO, will I tell people about this and the service I received, well YES! People should have a positive experience whether they are in your shop to purchase an item or exchange or replace, fairly SIMPLE when you think about it! Not rocket science! Think about it guys!
