Amazing service and collection. We found the most beautiful dresses for my sisters wedding at Princess Boutique. We were impressed with the quality and range and returned again over the weekend for a christening. We were assisted by Vicki, who was very patient and knowledgeable. The store was extremely busy but we did not feel pressured or rushed during our appointment. Would highly recommend.

Lorraine was quite possibly the best sales person I’ve ever come across. She was so genuine, lovely and warm with my son Leo and was so patient with him. She showed us a wide range of outfits and gave us great advice on which outfit to choose. Our son looked so handsome for his birthday/baptism and Lorraine was magnificent. Her assistant (another Irish lady whose name I’ve forgotten - sorry) was also fantastic! Would 100% recommend. Thanks again Lorraine and team!

We had the pleasure with dealing with Princess Boutique not only for our wedding (flower girl and page boy outfits), but more recently for our son’s christening. The service and attention to detail was exceptional, we can’t thank the staff enough for their amazing work. Highly recommended!

I purchase a complete Baptism outfit from this store for my Nephew which cost approx. $670. The pant straps were excessively too long on him, and were not adjustable - which was strange. We had to safety pin them in place on the day of his baptism which is very disappointing. For a made to order outfit and the price I paid, I expected a good quality fit. It would have been acceptable if it was just a little bit off, but honestly the straps were about 15cm too long on each side. My sister also let me know, that she had this same issue last time she got an outfit from this store for her other son's baptism. Please consider this in future, very disappointing.

Our experience with Princess Boutique has been the best. Zara and Vicky went above and beyond our expectations, not only by helping us pick the right size for each of our 6 flowergirl dresses who were overseas, but also by having everything on time and taking the stress away from us. They also provided a very good discount as well as they managed to bring a special order right on time. The flowergirl dresses were of great quality and were given to us spotless. I highly recommend Princess Boutique.

Lovely Lorraine helped me select a dress for my daughter who cried with happiness when she tried it on . Lorraine was patient , kind , and showed expertise in fitting and finding the perfect dress for a special occasion . My daughter wants to know when we will see her again and I’m so happy with the quality service and total experience. Thank you Princess boutique , my faith in in store retail has been restored .

My husband and I drove 3 hours to Princess Boutique and was greeted by Lorraine and her friendly staff. An absolutely beautiful boutique with stunning christening gowns, in which we found our God-Daughters. Lorraine was so helpful and made the process so easy. Would 100% recommend. X
