Very amazing and friendly staff highly recommend this place and the both ladies Nilam & Emily, they make the customers feel very welcomed and always smiling 😊 wonderful girls. Customer service is 10/10. The Ginger dirty latte is very nice, wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙏🏼 Nilam & Emily should be definitely locked after, very rare to have great customer service just like these 2 that’s always a positive and welcoming.

I took my friend for dinner on a Monday night, I ordered lamb shanks and it was a perfect culinary experience. It was perfect 👌 😋the meat just melts in my mouth. The tenderness and flavors were exceptional, making each bite a delight. The dish showcased a skillful preparation that truly impressed me. Highly recommended!

New restaurant that opened up this week. We visited the restaurant three times so far and this is what we had: Monday 18th Dec 23 - three double stack smoked cheese burgers and one Moroccan lemon chicnen. Tuesday 18th Dec 23 - two whole chickens. One peri peri and one lemkn herbs. Wednesday 19th Dec 23 - 4 sirloin steaks. Food was tasty and amazing every single time we visited. Will be back and try more of the items. Restaurant ambience was top notch - a great place to hang out and celebrate. Customer service was superb without a miss. They literally opened up - but that did not impact the customer service. They have Halal options. We asked for Halal every single times and they accommodated very kindly - so thank you. Feel free to double check if unsure. Consider making a booking just in case - as they can get very busy (which was the case on Wednesday). Overall - great experience and we were all happy. I live so close, I’m surprised it took me this long to visit! The venue decor is beautiful, dark and moody, and I love the open kitchen. The service was incredible, especially by our waitress for the night Zara. I felt the food came out at a fantastic pace. It wasn’t rushed nor did we have to wait long between entrees and mains. The food itself was delicious. They have an amazing range available so there is literally something for everybody. I also love that my steak was cooked medium rare. I feel like a lot of places make it more medium, but this is exactly how I like it! Would definitely return!

Elements Brasserie offers a great dinner location with a pleasing ambiance and friendly staff. The Wagyu steak was particularly amazing, providing a delightful dining experience. The T-bone steak, while good, had a tendon, causing some chewing difficulty. Mashed potatoes paired well with both steaks, and the parmesan cucumber, tomato, and beetroot paste were satisfactory. It's worth noting that steak sauces are not included in the price and must be ordered separately. The variety of drinks adds to the dining experience. Convenient parking options, including two hours of free parking or street parking, make this restaurant accessible. Overall, Elements Brasserie provides a satisfying dining experience with a few considerations.

The food was amazing and the service was immaculate! Zara was a machine and handled everything like a pro. Can't fault anything about our experience. We have now found our new favourite restaurant 😍 Keep up the great work 😊

Tried this new brassiere with the work team. We came at lunchtime and there were only two other tables seated. The decor is nice and new and you feel like you are somewhere special. The staff were lovely and attentive. Our food did take some quite time to arrive but was absolutely delicious. We had a lovely time there. Would have given 5 stars if wait time was not so long.

Very delicious food at a reasonable price. Service is topnotch. I love their presentation: from the leather menu booklet, matching brass table lamp and salt and pepper grinder, and the black stone plates. Well done.

Well we just live upstairs . Bit dark in the restaurant . Cocktail is just ok. maybe the bartender need to review what is long island ice tea . Food is bit slow we just ordered one main n one salad .Pear n rocket salad need more flavour on dressing they need nuts n more pear so it value for $22.Kids burger is too salty n dry please ...Kids under 8 cant eat so much salt. It was nice try n prob last try .

My first time here, the staff are friendly, great atmosphere. Big menu, quality dishes, big choice of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. If you love steak, this is the go to place, I had the Rump steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection, its been many years since I had a good steak, I will be going back.

We decided to go to the Elements Brassie after having previously gone to the Pyrmont branch, and all we can say is that we are truely impressed with their exceptional standard of food and service. We ordered a variety of options from chicken to the Tomahawk steak and the elements team truely blew out previous expectations as everything was cooked so well, epically the burgers which were a delight to eat. Taz & Madison went above and beyond with their service when helping us with any queries we had. Would recommend everyone to come and try this experience of a restaurant out for themselves and their families.

Amazing food and ambience.. very friendly staff who turned down music volume specially for us on request, to cater to our sensory needs. Moroccan chicken burger is a must try item.
