As I walked down the ramp intended for cars only this morning, quickening my pace to avoid the grasp of the ensuing drug addict behind me, my mind wondered to the pregnant woman I saw last week, around the same time doing the same thing. She slid on the wet concrete as rain poured down and I thought "Will the fall be worse for her unborn child or the potential attack from the deranged stranger a breath behind her?" I rushed over to her and we walked to Flinders Street together, talking of our disgust in Care Park and laughing how their lack of fixing their elevator would probably lead to our violent deaths. We parted ways, wishing each other luck for the night time ramp walk, it is worse at night, there is no one there to help you..

Tried to park here and the machine gave me an error message. I left and realised that I had been charged anyway. After emailing Care Park about this they stopped responding to me.

It was good option..

Lifts and pay stations are filthy and vandalised, and some areas smell of piss... but the parking is cheap considering the location. I would park there again for sure.

All of these are the worst place to park. Lifts don't work. And the really creepy guys that hang around here. My girlfriend was scared to walk to her car.

Parked here once - attracted by the cheaper daily rate. In the short hours my car was parked, someone has attempted to (literally) steal the wheels off my car. I've driven out a few meters and realised something was wrong, my mechanic tells me some wheel nuts were missing and plenty more had been loosened. I was lucky a wheel didn't fall off in traffic.
