This day out begun with the most friendly Australian bloke we have ever stumbled across. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and gave us everything that we needed for us to have a fantastic paddle down the creek. The surprise choc ice on the way back was just the cherry on top! Beautiful scenery even is bad weather and fantastic value for money.

We've done Babimda Kayaking so many times now I've stopped counting. It is still one of my favourite things to do in North Queensland. It changes depending on the water level and time of year so it's always worth calling Paul to book and asking about the water level. We always take our little dog as well. A must do experience in my opinion.

There is no better way to spend your $50 than kayaking at Babinda Kayaks. You can travel at your own pace, and even better don’t have to paddle back up stream. We have done this twice now and will keep bringing guests back! Thanks Paul

Absolutely delighted with our experience at Babinda Kajak! Paul was not just friendly, but he also delivered a detailed introduction and pointed out all the possible stops on our way down the river. The tour itself was a blend of adventure and natural beauty, showcasing the best of Tropical North Queensland. Without a doubt, a must-do activity for anyone visiting the area!

Highly recommend hiring a kayak from Paul at Babinda Kayaking and going for a heavenly paddle down Babinda Creek. Paul sets you up safely with all the gear required and picks you up at the end. Babinda Creek is a crystal clear, gently flowing piece of heaven. You really only have to paddle over a few small rapids and to stay away from the banks. This was my most memorable experience on my trip to Cairns last Christmas. It’s pure bliss, floating through nature. 🌳

Absolutely lovely activity just outside of Cairns. Very relaxing and scenic route, and Paul (who ran it) was an absolute gem. Would recommend to anyone looking for something fun and different to do.

We had a wonderful time kayaking down the Babinda Creek. Paul was excellent in his advice on what to look out for on the way and then left us to our own devices. It was a super adventure and the fish life, and even the eel further enhanced the trip for us in the pristine clear water. People with a basic understanding of how to kayak will enjoy this trip and there are enough exciting patches for those who have paddled a bit more.

Such a delightful way to see the wet tropics! Splendid scenery and the gentle thrill of paddling along a crystal clear waterway. We had one kayak and one SUP. Found that great fun as we swapped over a few times. There are modest rapids where the SUP seemed to handle safer by being on the knees. Would LOVE to share this with grandkids / whole family! Top value and memorable experience

11/10 experience! Paul was fantastic and had great communication with advising us about tricky spots, tips & tricks and the gear was all great quality! Bonus - when we were picked up at the end point we even got ice cream 🤌

Had the best day out with Babinda Kayaks! Paul was super helpful and knowledgeable. The scenery was stunning and we even had some furry friends join us on the journey. To top it off, Paul treated us to ice creams at the end. Great experience, highly recommended.
