Worst nails I've had done. Asked for a acrylic refill. I had one nail cracked. Never fixed the cracked nail. One nail chipped within hours. I was visiting for the day so couldn't go back. Took 1.5hours. Worst job ever. I didn't even get to pick a colour I asked for the colours and got ignored so I chose what the lady had next to me. A week later my cracked one is now off and need to get them done else. Do not recommend.

Worst pedicure ever person was rough as ever when filing, nails aren’t painted properly and had polish left on skin , biggest waste of $45 as will need to get it redone but will be going elsewhere , A 5 year old would’ve done a better job painting nails

Worse service…. Untrained staff, no courtesy, customers are spending their hard earned money and these people not doing anything specially pedicure service and staff is untrained and they can’t speak or understand basic English…

I had the worst manicure of my life at this Spa. As you can see from my images, the evening of and then all the next morning following my manicure (normal nail polish, not SNS) it completely began to chip away dramatically following no strenuous exertion or activity to bring such poor quality finish on. It was a COMPLETE waste of money and time, I could have done a better and longer lasting manicure myself. The original manicure was not even done to the edges of my fingers and the nails not filed and buffed properly, so I had rough edges at the top. In between difference clients entering and leaving the Spa, there was no wiping down of chairs or cleaning of pedicure bowels whatsoever, which is especially concerning during Covid times. I was also not treated like a valued customer, when in the middle of my pedicure my technician got up with no word to me as to why (as all communication between technicians was not in English) and went to another table to do a nail chipping fix for another client - not washing or sanitising her hands in between doing this job and returning back to me, only putting gloves back on from her pockets. I will NEVER return to this place, rip off and waste of money.

1. Equipment, tools, tools for cleaning nails are not clean, use for customers to pass on without cleaning first, then use them with the next person. 2. Employees are not skilled. She did my nails very ugly, not smooth, rough nails like the surface of Mars. I will never use this nail salon service again, I swear 🤨

I got sns with tips and it was very poorly executed leaving me having to file the sides when I got home. I got a small design which was sloppy and made my nails look awful. Within less than a week I had 3 nails chip off when they usually last me about a month. I will not be going back and don’t recommend to anyone.

Nails are different lengths and filed crookedly.....no clean up to remove SNS residue from fingers and when requested was not treated nicely. Fingers look ugly with colour on skin. I will never go back.....they accept whoever is walking past at the expense of those who make appointments and being over crowded.....no density limits that’s for sure. Unfavourable experience, poor service, I walked out after paying $60 feeling disappointed and upset.

My daughters had a day off from school. They loved getting their toes and nails painted. I got a manicure at an amazing price. Thank you!

Got my eyelashes done. The next morning woke up with bad swelling to my eye turns out they had put them on my skin and they were digging in leading to infection. Don’t recommend

Always get my lashes done here they’re amazing squeezing me in the time that I need to get them done. Always so happy with my lashes. Very kind.
