😠 My friend and I took our 3 children, under the age of 3, to kids-world for an easy going morning out. This was place was anything but easy going. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who were pretty abrupt. We were told to place our nappy bags behind the counter if we had our own food / drinks. B... People often mention staff, play, kids,

Lots of broken and damaged toys/games. Cords just dangling in babies play area, computer game thing not working, puzzles on walls at least 4 with missing objects and can't play with it properly. Would probably not go back in a hurry, staff friendly enough.

The food is basic and bland, there's no free water at all, no jugs of drink (only individual drinks) and it is all in all, pretty average. The staff are nice which is why any stars were given.

Tired and not maintained. Most of the games and activities in the under 5 area are broken or turned off. Even the hand dryer in the mens bathroom didn't work. Staff were friendly.

Let's face it. Kids love it. Parents hate it. The big red slide exists despite having caused numerous injuries to children over many years, including mine recently. Staff ignored us at this time of the incident and no first aid assistance was offered. An email to the administration concerning this was ignored. Also, the equipment is typically filthy, as to be expected I suppose. But the eating area was also disgusting and I had to request staff address it. Kids are running about in socks and the floors were covered in spills and sauce splatters. I'll be attending this place as little as possible in future..

Today we attended Kids World and the customer service was amazing. Kat, Mia and Indiana were amazing. Fantastic customer service. We will be back. Kat is also fantastic with the kids. Perfect person to employ in a business like this.

Staff working so hard here. I can see they are very busy today. Food took a long time to be ready but the lady at the counter still greet clients with smiles. 👍👍👍 I have been here many times and kids love it here.

My friend and I took our 3 children, under the age of 3, to kids-world for an easy going morning out. This was place was anything but easy going. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who were pretty abrupt. We were told to place our nappy bags behind the counter if we had our own food / drinks. Both kids and adults made to sanitise / go to the toilet and wash their hands before entering. My 2 year old didn’t want to put the wrist band on upon entering, the staff member told me, if she didn’t have it on, she couldn’t enter. I was kicked out of the child’s play area while trying to assist my 2 year old for not having socks on. Another mother got told off, for assisting her son off some play equipment he was stuck on. When we were leaving the locked gates, the two staff members, who took our money when we initially entered, asked us to show our proof of payment receipt when exiting…. Even though our children still had their wrist bands on…that they put on them… 😵‍💫 Seriously, just take your young kids to the playground upstairs or elsewhere 😅 this place is not worth the hassle. Only giving 1 star as the play equipment was decent. We won’t be returning.

Majority of staff were trainees that did not seem to have a clue with no guidance by trained staff members evident. It took 30mins and walking up to the counter to remind them of my order to get a frappe with no queue. Frappe was $7.90 but came out in a toddler sized cup. It took 1hr and 10mins and a complaint for 3 kids nuggets & chip meals to come out and an extra 20 mins for a chicken wrap and a caesar salad to come out. Kitchen staff had no urgency about them and didnt seem to know what order they were upto. This was not a busy time but they seem drastically understaffed.

Definitely wouldn’t go back. Staff were rude, unable to eat your own snacks, parents were kicked out of the kids play area for not having socks on, security tags needed to exit the centre 😵‍💫 far too many rules.

The Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time. Food was up to the highest standard and staffs friendly gestures and smiles made mine and the family’s night. Would totally recommend to check them out and will 100% be going back.
