We have been searching to buy a replacement spa lid since August 2021. Specific replacement for Jacuzzi J575. I put an order in to another supplier who guaranteed the lid in stock. When they went to send it they discovered none available. Of course the asked us to pre pay before delivery. We were told the lid would be here in time for Christmas…. By this stage lid disintegrating into the hot tub. Then we’re told it would be April when next shipment arrives. Long story short it didn’t arrive… then they tell me it will be another 20-24 months until next lids arrive. So I contact Hydraspa… we bought the Spa 5 years ago from Hydraspa… Pauline assisted us and we secured a lid… very grateful for her assistance. No person in Australia can make a replacement lid for Jacuzzi! Very happy with the Jacuzzi replacement lid it fits perfectly. Thanks again to Pauline and the team in Pakenham. After dealing with other spa businesses in my surrounding community I become frustrated with the over pricing and extremely bad product recommendations they gave so I googled for a spa shop in Pakenham, with great delight I found Jacuzzi to be a few blocks away and was open on the Sunday. What a refreshing and friendly place to go and do business, their advice and customer service was second to none. Ian (the chap I dealt with) was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive and the store had a great range of water treatment chemicals. His recommendations were spot on and my spa water balanced perfectly as he said it would if I followed his advise which he was kind enough to write down for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Well done and thank you Jacuzzi Pakenham.

Had a heat pump installed by Luke one of your service people yesterday and it was amazing, arrived on time very professional and extremely helpful all the way, making the booking was easy as well. highly recommend him A++ service all the way thank you soo much !!!!!

Had problems with a large spa that we got with the new house that we purchased just over 6 months ago. We don't know anything about spas and how to look after them. I have been to several other spa shops trying to learn as much as I can but haven't always been given very good advice. Our spa decided to play up exactly one week before Christmas. I decided to call Hydra Spa and spoke to Richard. He was absolutely wonderful to deal with and gave me the time i needed even though they were flat out. Richard is a wealth of knowledge and told me that it was probably the circulation pump that was the problem. So we booked in a time to get it fixed just after Christmas. He got us to take a photo of the pump and got the exact same one for replacement. Luke came out to fix the spa and he was also wonderful to deal with! Thank you both to Richard and Luke for fixing our spa problems! I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing help with their spa! I have been going to Jacuzzi Pakenham since they opened. I have always been extremely impressed by their service. They give great advice but never do the hard sell. They genuinely want the best for you. Pauline is just lovely and yesterday I was served by her husband Ian who was also amazing. I had to wait while he finished serving the lady in front of me but that was not a problem as what I saw was fantastic. The lady’s pump wasn’t working and was clearly a concern to her but within a minute he knew what the problem was and fixed it - free of charge! Incredible service and fantastic business.

Absolutely great service very knowledgeable Ian helped me with my spa water heater and fixed the issue definitely will be getting all my spa supplies here thanks heaps!

Just a note to inform your team, the blower we purchased yesterday is fitted and working perfectly.Ian had some trouble replacing the connector so we could use it with our system which took an unexpected amount of time and a couple of visits to Bunnings! However, all is working and we just wanted thank you for your perseverence on a busy Sunday.
