So disappointed in a birthday cake that was nothing like what I was promised. It was also not the flavour I asked for and for that I was offered a $20 discount. The cake was moist but that’s about all I get for $200. Hope others have a better experience.

I called Natalie to request a vegan cake, which she has listed in her website. I was extremely accommodating, saying that any design and any icing would be fine, but she made it so difficult and was so rude about it that I gave up. If you do not want to make a vegan cake, please do not list it in your website.

I'm vegan. My friends are vegan. My son is vegan-ish. So, obviously, we want a VEGAN cake for my son's B-Day. I found this business online. It gives you vegan options. But, no, Natalie does not feel like making a vegan cake. So I wonder why she gives us vegan options in the first place. So I assume that "Guardians of Happiness" means that Natalie will guard happiness from vegans. So maybe Natalie should update her website from "specialist in custom made cakes for all occasions." to "specialist in custom made cakes for (almost) all occasions - vegans, beware!"

While the cake I got was nice, moist although very sweet. It did look good, however, it wasn't what I was hoping for. The service wasn't great, and Karen who helped me place my order was quite rude and abrupt. I was hoping for black Forrest but was told they don't have the ingredients for it. With the bit over 4 weeks notice I gave for my order I can't help but feel the supplies needed could have been arranged. I did change my order to suit them. I also gave a cake topper I wanted on top and requested it be added. It wasn't and was just given back with my cake. I saw other boxes that would have been big enough to fit the cake and the topper so I can't see why it wasn't added. It wasn't because it wouldn't fit. It could have fit in a taller box. Karen did make a snide remark about it being a big topper but its not one that comes in various sizes. It was custom made in NSW for my aunt's birthday. I also had to collect it 2 days earlier than I wanted due to them not being open Mondays? For $170 I did a lot of accommodating to their needs and not getting much of what I wanted.

Amazing cakes and deserts, I have ordered cupcakes and a cake both tasted absolutely delicious. Nat is so friendly and helpful plus they make all cakes from scratch and you can taste the difference, I would not look elsewhere for anything on their menu will be miles above the rest.

Fantastic food and great service. Natalie and the team go out of their way with efficient - friendly customer service and yummy food to delight your taste buds making you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended for coffee ☕️ lunch (hot and cold) and sweet cakes - such a big range on offer, too much to list!

We ordered an Emma Wiggle cake for our daughter's 2nd birthday. She was so happy as soon as she saw it! The smile on her face was priceless. The cake looked perfect, tasted even better and the size was certainly generous. Very happy and would highly recommend.

My Daughter (17ys) rang to order cupcakes and was spoken to incredibly rudely when she asked how long before she could pick up. It was her first time ordering and she was asking a genuine question. Cupcakes were stale tasting and not soft/moist at all

We got the most amazing vegan cupcakes. Nat was super friendly, accommodating and allowed pick up on a public holiday. They made them with short notice too. I will return :) Thank you!!
