A great place to do a spot of shopping. Range of products is good and so are the prices. I went there to buy some stuff for my place. This included new towels, the ones I found were very nice and beat of all were on sale at the time. I got a bunch of other stuff which consisted of mainly bits and pieces. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly. I rate at 4/5 stars

Good. Great stuff at a reasonable price. Store is well set out. Staff were really nice. Not a huge fan of self serve checkout in the middle of the store. Store was clean with isles free of obstruction.

Generally clean, OK amount of stock. Kids' shoe choices a bit limited. Lots there on shelves this time, they were just basically all the same just different coloured. A few sizes missing but not as bad as I've seen some stores.

Good place to have fun,, never can find cheaper product and good quality at another store.... More saving go kmart,, more fun more saving

I visited Kmart Shepparton yesterday and was very pleased with the assistance I received. I asked two Kmart workers for assistance to find items on two separate occasions, both left what they were doing and took me directly to the items I had asked for. They were both friendly and helpful. Thank you. I also found the store clean and well-stocked. A great shopping experience

Just visiting Shepparton and called into Kmart. Was assisted at register by a good young bloke named Bailey. Great customer service. Should be commended. Thank you.

The worst customer care ever. The last time I was here I asked for a digital weight scale , one professional customer care person came with me to the aisle and even checked the stocks. He said they were out of stocks but was waiting for some. Today I I tried to find it at the section, when I failed I kindly asked two people to check in the system whether they have some in the stock now. Both of them did not help me at all. Too lazy to help customers, it wouldn’t have taken five minutes to check in the system. So disappointing

KMART SHEPPARTON This was such a sad situation I was in & needed somewhere to change from the clothes I would be driving in for 4 hrs into something more appropriate for a funeral on Thursday at Shep. The lovely lady who I finally managed to connect with, (tried every other department, no answer🤦‍♀️) contacted management for me...... Answer...NO You'll have to buy clothes from Kmart to change into🤷‍♀️ I did the right thing in calling, I guess I was just shocked, expecting a 'not a problem'. There was no compassion or care. Very sad😔

Awesome customer service, contacted me after originally cancelled click and collect products was found and kept them aside for next day payment and pick up for me. Dianne is a legend!
