    When at the counter with my Mum the lady behind the counter was very persistent in making my Mum sign up for the rewards program, my Mum had to say a few times we are not from the area and are not interested. I ended up signing up for the rewards program as the lady would not back down about it. We hadn't even left the counter area when the lady serving us started to complain about us to another worker.
