I go to your store regularly and I have to say Marlene is a rockstar.. she brings a smile to your face.. always welcoming and dancing and just such a lovely person. Kmart you are so lucky to have her 💖 xx we love your energy xx

Dishonest staff that, when presented with found money, would rather deny ever being given it than do the right thing. Got told they put it behind the service desk. Enquired about it a month or so later if it was collected and no one knew about it and apparently there are no procedures for that and they don’t keep found money. So someone pocketed the cash. Kmart higher up said they’d investigate but never did anything about it. Also pretty sick of having to check myself out and then get told I have to show a receipt on my way out. If you want to be certain maybe put checkouts at the front of the store and hire people to serve you.

My local shops. It's not too big or small. Tons of undercover parking. Unfortunately it seems to have lost a lot of the local banks. Only bankwest and commonwealth banks. Maybe a few too many "coffee shops in one Center I dunno?

Tried to purchase click and collect but wouldn’t accept my credit card. Tried to call multiple times to see if items in stock so I wouldn’t have a wasted journey and no one answers the phone!

Shout out to Kmart Wanneroo for having probably the tidiest beauty shelves I’ve seen in a long time. So much easier to spend 💵 $ when you can actually see the stock!

Marlene who works at Kmart at the front entrance is an absolute delight. Such a great energy. Always makes every one feel happy and welcome.. She's a ray of sunshine..

Debbie in Kmart Wanneroo was extremely unhelpful and in a rush. We drove half an hour to get to this store because it showed the dress was in stock. She checked in her system and I could see that it was in stock but she said it was unavailable and had not seen it in ages. We decided to go have a look for ourselves and found 2 rows full. Extremely disappointed.

Marlene alone is enough to rate this place 5 stars, been our local Kmart for years and she’s always the sweetest to everyone. She makes my mum and I always smile when we go shopping, she deserves the highest praises for her kindness and amazing personality ❤️

I was trying out this wood balancing board but then this kmart worker (a woman) comes out and tells me “can you get off you can only play with it if your buying it” all I was doing is trying it out!
