Fifty bucks per head but worth it especially if you use your dine and discover vouchers and get it for $25. The dinosaur walkway is pretty cool. There are actual real dinosaurs there so be careful. Plenty of room and free parking. The staff were all really great especially Lila who said her name was Eric if you didn’t like her. Everything is really clean and the lines moved quite quickly so don’t be put off by long lines.

Truly scenic. Book your tickets online(only). Enjoy your tour to experience the scenic view of the Blue Mountains. The tour has a train ride & cable car rides. Don't miss any of these. Also, follow the walking trail to have a wonderful glimpse of the falls. Enjoy your trip & stay safe.

Amazing place, and the staff all around the place makes you feel at home. Great service, the guy TONY is an amazing tour guide. Loved his great sense of humour. More people like this should be at such tourist spot. Definitely worth the $55 for the day. Steep train was absolutely amazing experience.

It's a wonderful place for a one day trip with friends and family. They have 3 different rides to cover up all the area in the Scenic World. But the best one was the Scenic Railway 🛤. The angle of 52° makes it crazy while going down, especially when you're sitting on the very first seat! Staff is very friendly, jolly & helpful. The other two rides are not that crazy but provide the best view of nature's beauty. We went there quite early, so in the morning the place wasn't that busy. So we were able to ride all three rides without any waiting. But later, around 11am/12pm it started to get crowded, and the waiting time we experienced was around 5 to 10 minutes. More waiting time for train as almost everyone wanted to sit in front seats.

Came here with my family who were visiting here from overseas to see the three sisters during school holidays. I am afraid of heights but the cable cars seemed safe enough that I could enjoy my time 😂 Otherwise this is more of a extension of the National park rather than an amusement park. The combo pass will allow you to go on all the 'rides' (highest cable car with a great view of the three sisters, the steepest train track used by coal miners in ye olden days, board walk [with a few tracks of varying lengths] and cable car to the bottom of scenic world). My favorite was the steep coal mining train going down from the main area! We had a nice coffee and lunch with a picturesque view of the blue mountains. Make sure to leave plenty of time for the board walk to take in the crisp mountain air. It is a bit chilly in winter so take a warm jacket and put on your walking shoes. There is a small store to buy a souvenir to take home if you like. You can also buy a raincoat here if you need. There is free parking on site! You can save a little by buying your tickets online before you go :)

This is fantastic for families and friends, and I had a terrific time exploring here with my family. I adore all the airways, ground ways, and cable ways, especially more trains since I can see wonderful views from from top to bottom 🥰. I recommend that everyone visit here during their vacations, especially with their families. 🥰

Our guide took us here to experience the rides and it was fun! The ride started with a gondola that took us to the other side! It’s windy that day and air flows through the gondola. There’s also a glass floor where you see the waterfalls underneath. Next ride an another worth of gondola that lower us down. And a 19 minutes walkway under the giant tree where guides will point key attraction during the walk. Our last ride is the incline scenic railway where it was used to transport miners during the old days. It was fun!

Expensive and very short during Covid. They have you wait in the shops twice to try and take as much money as they can. Rides are good but definitely not for the faint of heart. Good for kids if you can’t do the walks, but otherwise would say that the walks are just as beautiful!

A beautiful way to be in nature. The views are stunning and there's no better way to view it, but by the scenic cableway, walkway and skyway. Totally loved the railway, it was great fun! They have great walking tracks, so there plenty to see and do. Staff are friendly and super helpful which made this experience 5-star. Great way to spend the day.

Great Day activity to do if you’re already planning to visit the blue mountains. We arrived right when it opened and recommend coming early before the crowds. We had about 3 hours before it got busy and we’re able to enjoy most of the trails with minimal other people on a weekend. Buy tickets in advance to skip the queue. The new dinosaur valley is cute and great for kids if they like Dino’s and learning about them. I would say though there aren’t toilets in the Dino valley so plan accordingly as if you do all the trails could take about hour to hound and half. We enjoyed riding the railway and sky rail, amazing views! Would recommend riding more than once. All in all would recommend! It is great to be able to go into the national park as well. It’s also nice to come back and forth to the diner area for breaks if you need time between trails. Also, highly recommend the chicken food truck out front!

Visited scenic world for the first time. We went on weekend it was super busy but still we manage to take each ride twice and really enjoyed the views and the dinosaur valley is great for the kids. We went around 12 and finished with each ride by 3. The price for the unlimited discovery pass is 59$ for adult and around 34$ for kids.

GREAT value for money!! You can spend the whole day doing multiple rides. You can leave and come back. There are some terrific walks with breathtaking views and the rides are are so much fun. Staff are informative and very friendly - special shout out to JULES!!!! He was patient, friendly and helpful!!!! We had a fabulous visit here. They ask for voluntary feedback at the end of the visit, and one question was, “how can we improve your visit”? Huh 🤔 we had nothing. Everything to us was spot on!!!

Really never thought much of it until I visited the place. So many things to talk about. The parking is plenty so that's covered. The steam clock right across the entrance is so amazing. The staff in the ticket counter were so friendly in trying to explain the different routes. I used my dine and discover voucher to get a little discount. The blue and the red cable cars were the best in my view. The trail down in the forest was just insane. The massive trees, sounds of nature. All in all what a beautiful experience

Breathtaking scenic views, falls, hiking trails. Awesome steep railway, cable car and skywalks. The rain forest in the valley surrounded by the table-top ⛰️ mountain has unique flora fauna, valleys, waterfalls. You can grab a quick bite and enjoy the view from the cafe or take the walk trail through nature

The rides are great. Good thriller. The newly opened Dinosaur valley. It isn’t super fun for kids but the way it has been portrayed keeps the kids very curious. There isn’t ample car park after 10AM on weekends however the staff would guide to a comfortable parking location. The food court is good and the wash rooms are clean. The staffs are super nice and friendly. The cabin drivers renders interesting facts in a very humorous way. The Dinosaur playground at the entrance wasn’t that enjoyable.

This was an amazing experience for the whole family. Usually rides like these are over rated but we found ourselves going back a second and third time. The scenery is forever spectacular, the friendly service was outstanding and even the food was better than I expected! This is a must-do for anyone visiting the Blue Mountains, yes, it's a bit expensive but it's worth every cent because at the end of the day you may only do it once! The whole family, including young kids, will love the entire experience. We spent at least half a day walking around taking the rides and experiencing the scenery.

Scenic World is a great place to take the family for an outdoor activity. The coal mining car ride is very cool, but it's a bit short. The day we went, it was very foggy and drizzling rain. So we didn't get to see the wonder valleys. There are loads of tails to hike if you're feeling adventurous. You can really make a day of it. We stopped in the Cafe for a dnack and coffee, which was nice. They have a great selection of themed gift in the gift shop. The dinosaur spin on it, I believe, is just a marketing spin. I don't think they've found any fossils here. All the staff were warm and friendly. Service with a smile. I would recommend and give them five stars.

I would say accurate review is about 3-3.5 stars. There are some great views, cars are entertaining, but you can be through the entire park in about 1.5 hours if you really wanted. I think 30$ would be a more apt price, but that's my own thought. I enjoyed it, but was definitely hoping for more walks through the rainforest

Took kids here first Tuesday of school holidays. Props where props are due...they are covid19 safe. Hand sanitizer everywhere and running a tight ship. Oh and pool fencing...pool fencing everywhere to keep the masses in check. So bravo scenic world, you are legitimate in the covid19 battle. Ps the skyway is still as scary as ever.. but in a good way!

The ride was comfortable and the views were spectacular. The staffs were pleasant and helpful. We went in early May and there was a group of us (including a 5-month-old baby and a twin 7yrs old boys), and it was not jam-packed so we got to all go on the one ride which was great. We all enjoyed the experience.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. I went here twice (pre-COVID of course) it was such an awesome experience. The trolley ride, the buggy and the highly inclined train is so good. The instructors are very polite and hardworking. They scenic beauty is beyond explanation. Loved the walking trail also- it was safe also. Can’t wait to visit there again.

This place is great for a day out with the family, large open area, the walks are covered in shade because of the high trees. We went when the dinosaurs were there so it was a fun experience. Unfortunately a few tracks were closed due to rain so that was a bummer. We also paid for the raptor training show which was ok, the raptor is a guy in the suit but the way it moves is quite realistic, show lasted about 15mins. All in all we spent about 4 hrs, which is long enough for the kids anyway.

Good way to explore with the kids. Parking can be a challenge depends on day. Foods are basics and priced higher as you would expect. Good customer service, which is very important in any business. Team members are well trained and you can feel their willingness to assists even when they’re flat out.

A wonderful day out with all the rides ! Scenic Skyway was outstanding with breathtaking view of the beautiful and majestic Blue Mountains 🏔! Scenic railway is quite steep but quite fascinating- a pure joy ride indeed. Lastly, scenic ride cableway was magnificent ! You can take multiple rides in a day! Definitely I’d recommend for these experiences. Service was excellent by everyone, in particularly at the kiosk/ticker counter service attendant was incredibly approachable and friendly. All these photos were captured from the different rides.

$49.90 per adult and includes all the “rides” - the cable car, the railway etc. I liked the gift shop and purchased a few things there. My tip is to come early - they opened at 9am on Saturday. Less crowds. One of the cafes up the top was closed. Only one of the other cafes opened. Would be good if they offered a bigger menu. Would also be good if they installed more EV chargers. Overall - we had a good day and I would recommend this for families and tourist.

One of the best day trip to the blue mountain. The whole place is so amazing even with small kids. The best one was the worlds steepest train try sitting at the front of the train for the best experience. The cables ways were all good and worth. Better to buy tickets online than wait in line. The restaurant serve basic fast food. There is an outdoor place within the restaurant which has amazing valley view.

A fantastic experience. Loved the train - steepest in the world!. Also the area of the Blue Mountains is bigger than the Grand Canyon - who knew. All the experiences - gondola, train and sky rail , plus the platform walks - as many times as you like for $50 - great value. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and knew their stuff. A great day

Good rides if not packed like sardines in tomato juice. If you include a meal in your package you save money but not everything is covered. Just a very basic. Some signage is poor. The best part was being able to enter the National Park and walk to the Ruined Castle.

More than 2.5 hours by train from central Sydney, convenient to travel by public transport such as train and bus. Immerse yourself in nature and visit many places in Katoomba that are quite close to each other. I come here at least 3 times a year because I love this place so much.

I visited on a holiday, but fortunately it wasn't crowded. I purchased the ticket online in advance before visiting, and it was nice that the guide at the entrance put a barcode band on my wrist and explained whole course in detail. Additionally, I was able to comfortably eat a simple lunch box prepared in advance at the table located in below zone. I thought that children would like it because there were various types of dinosaurs moving around and making sounds. It was convenient to follow the deck road course and the guidance was well provided. I used the cable car on the way up, and after coming up, it was nice to buy gifts at the souvenir shop located at the observatory, and it was also nice to go out and take pictures.

Lovely place to visit. Plenty of staff & much improved since our last visit probably 20 years ago. We used the skyway, cable car & railway. We thought the raised boardwalk was a great addition, getting us off the forest floor. There were even misting fans to cool us when we had to wait in queues. Well worth the cost for a day pass

You won't get a better (or cheaper) birds eye view of the Blue Mountains. However, I sincerely felt I saw more of the Blue Mountains doing the Canyon Walk/The 3 Sisters Walk. I understand some of the walk was closed due to C19 and I applaude the team for being so conscious of health and safety of it's visitors. None the less it's an essential tourist spot and for Aussies to see their beautiful native land!

My partner and I rocked up on Friday the 24th only to be told that they were only doing online bookings by a super friendly and apologetic staff member. We went home and booked online for the next day. The experience was very structured. You go in the Scenic Skyway first, which offers great views of Orphan Rock and Kedumba Falls. Then you're ushered onto the Scenic Railway, which has adjustable seats so you can choose how hair-raising the ride is (this was a super fun feature). At the bottom, you're given 25 minutes to make your way to the Scenic Cableway station, to get the cable car back up. A lot of the walks at the bottom are closed due to COVID/bushfire damage. The guides were excellent; super charismatic and funny. Although it was a script they were going through they made it feel off-the-cuff. The day was spectacular and the views were excellent.

We came here about 2.5 years ago with my family; it was the best family road trip we had been in a long time. Scenic World had everything from the views to the gift shop where you could take home a bit of the Blue Mountains experience with you. The weather was perfect and parking was easy. We went on the train that took you down the mountain and the sky lift which was so much fun. If you wanna get out and enjoy the great outdoors this is for you.

A Katoomba classic, you'd be daft to not stop here if you are passing by Katoomba. This place really gives you some nice views of the Blue mountains national park and of course the 3 sisters are a staple. The rides are also very fun albiet a bit short, but in the current climate of things (2020) it is completley understandable.

With Covid restrictions in place, the staff here put in a tremendous effort to help us have somewhat of a good time. It's unfortunate that most of the walking tracks down in the valley have been closed but understandable. I recommend everyone visit this place to show our support for the local community and the Katoomba tourism industry! We always visit Scenic World when we’re in the Mountains and your crew always look after us. Yesterday was no exception and I wanted to give you some feedback on our experience. We normally walk into the Valley either down Furber Steps or Golden Stairs, get the train up and grab some food from the café. The train driver explained the boarding/seating procedure clearly after sanitising the train. He also explained without adding any doom and gloom or commentary, just got the info across, which is refreshing. When we got to the top your gate attendant asked us if she could ask us some COVID-19 related questions, which we complied and paid for the train ride. We went upstairs to the café and ordered some lunch, one of your crew was sanitising the tables and seats. It was pretty quiet and our food came out quickly and tasty. Although it was quiet, I could see your bollard system was effective in terms of social distancing. It's obvious that there are about a third of normal customers, but the same amount of staff, if not more, were working. I've recently learned the owners are local and I really hope you make it out the other side. We only visit 2 or 3 times a year, but we'll continue to be customers for life.

Had a great day with the family at Scenic World. The Dinosaurs experience in the valley was really great n also a good walk

  • 5/5 Devan D. 2 years ago on Google
Visited for the first time and absolutely fell in love with the beauty from all angles. Try out all the rides TWICE, definitely worth it. Take a walk along the hiking route listed on the maps, bit of off-road routes for the adventurers. Few friendly creatures along the scenic walk route, don't worry, they don't bite 😉 Would definitely come back for the shear beauty.

Nice place to visit for freshen ur mind after busy life with work. Unfotunately nothing much to do here other than 'tracking' and get on to the railway, skyway, and cableway. It could be great if they create some event there especially on the weekend so it could be more interesting.

A must visit place in Australia.. Especially staff like Peter will make sure we get the best experience. Also customer service was exceedingly great! Hats off to the whole team.

Awesome place for family visit and fun is doubled with Dinosaurs 🦕🦕🦕 valley.

It's really good place for refreshments. I recommend to visit on weekdays so you may get chance to repeat all those ridings.

  • 5/5 Dobby D. 2 years ago on Google
I really enjoyed everything even it was full of fog. I didn't see any scene like waterfall, three sisters. But with a good company and a nice walk in the dinosaur park, it was fun. It will only take 50$ for the ultimate pass tickets for adults. You guys should definitely visit this place. After three sisters walk.

It is a cool place with great attractions like the railway which I wasn't expecting to be that cool, and also the skyway. It is a place mostly for kids and families. Long queues in there and people not taking care about covid.

  • 4/5 HY W. 2 years ago on Google
Great experiences however the sky way journey is just half way then return. The cable way nothing interesting but the rail way was fun. Expected queue for these rides.

  • 5/5 Kalico T. 2 years ago on Google
Not too bad. A great couple of hours out. The train is very cool. Worlds steepest train was very enjoyable. The view of the rock faces and 3 sisters and Wentworth falls is magnificent.

  • 5/5 J_ 2 years ago on Google
Great place :) Little wait to entry if you book in advance, staff assist well, loved the scenery of blue mountains. You also get a sight of the 3 sisters. Loved the railway ride. Bit of wait to get on the things. You can get food and theres a shop too.

  • 5/5 Rowena O. 2 years ago on Google
What a wonderful day out. We spent the day walking the trails, looking at the dinosaurs and learning about the trees that cover this stunning region. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. The gift shop was well stocked. We will be coming back to bring the grandkids.

So much to see and do here. Bare in mind though it is $50 per adult unless you get a family package. But a trip all the same well worth it. Food available is simple and small, has good coffee.

  • 5/5 Joel B. 1 year ago on Google
Had an awesome day here... the rides were amazing. Using the dine, discover and parent vouchers made the visit even more worth it! The three rides are all awesome and the view is amazing! 5 star attraction!

Such a fun day out, lots to do and keep kids interested. Recommend going early morning as there are no crowds and the most beautiful mist over the valley. Train is a big hit with the kids, but there is also a cable car and sky view ride if anyone is nervous going in the train (it is very safe). The walks are spectacular with a board walk the whole way so very manageable with small kids or those less steady on their feet. Seats and benches throughout for those that want to take regular breaks. We ate in the Cafe which was fine. You could bring a picnic and use one of the picnic tables which would be lovely. Definitely worth a visit. All day pass allows you unlimited rides on all the attractions.

Such a lovely place and really nice staff. * I would highly recommend to buy an annual pass as you might definitely want to visit it more then once. Also you get 10% off on everything inside i.e food, retail etc * Book advance online if you plan to visit on a weekend as it may get busy. * Well maintained track at the bottom of the mountain which has 3 levels from easy being the shortest one. * Food area also has some nice views overlooking the blue mountains. Would definitely go there again and highly recommend it.

Best nature scenes I’ve ever seen. It is just mesmerising. Beautiful valley below has incredibly large trees and all sort of wildlife. The rides were amazing as well. Highly recommended place. This was a wonderful experience.

  • 5/5 Daniel K. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to go if you’re in the Blue Mountains. They have a scenic railway which goes very step down to a rainforest and you can take a cable car to get back up. There’s also another cable car which runs between the valley and gives you a great view of the waterfall. Recommended to book online before you visit as it can get quite busy.

Once in a lifetime experience with Stunning views, scenery and fun rides. Lots of walking up and down stairs to and from rides so a Great place to get some walking done. Reasonably priced rides and food from takeway. Clothing and gifts were a bit on the pricier side. The staff were all super friendly and provided exceptionally great service.

  • 5/5 Lanhu W. 1 year ago on Google
Great views and definitely it's a great place for families! Kids love this place so much! Enjoy 3 separated rides and forests walking track. Kids like Dinosaurs Valley as well. Nice staff and reasonable food especially 15% off discount for annual passes. Will go again Xmas.

Amazing , I have been to the Blue mountains before but never to the scenic world wide of things. The views are incredible and it's something I will never forget . Absolutely loved the steepest railway . Went on that 4 times . Everything was super reasonably priced too. Typically tourist attractions over charge but scenic world was good on the price front

Great day out with my little sister. Not too busy, friendly staff, gorgeous scenery. Great for a family day out, although if you have a stroller it may be a bit difficult to navigate throughout, nonetheless the majority is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Bonus points for the food being good too, didn’t wait to long and wasn’t overly expensive.

  • 5/5 M F. 11 months ago on Google
Beautiful place to have a local brewed cider and a quick bite to eat between adventures. Access to scenic world will have you on incredible adventures. Park here, cable over to the other side and walk the echo point path to the great staircase. Go down and follow the valley through to Australia's longest elevated board walk and head to the train or cable car back up. This is an easy half day adventure for a semi fit person. See the mountains, the natural wildlife, and enjoy the serenity.

One of the must visit places in Blue Mountain. They provided free parking at the building. It takes up to 15mins for us to get the ticket. The tickets let you get to the 4 rides which are the cable cars and the world steepest railway train. If you don't want to take the rides and just want to experience nature, you can just skip the tickets and drive around and park your car nearby. The foods and drinks inside the scenic world are expensive. So it is advice to bring your own drinks though. The staff are friendly and well knowledgeable. So don't feel shy to ask them anything. Overall it is a good experience .

Visited this while on a trip to Sydney. It's way more efficient to buy tickets online, there was a long queue to grab a ticket. Make sure you have full energy to visit here. Less a place for sitting and long waiting for the steep drive and others as well. I've felt this view is a bit overrated, but it was fun visiting. You can experience the magnificent view of the three sisters. A storey of the building is allocated for parking which is free surprisingly in Sydney😄.

A great day out for couples, families and big groups with plenty of free parking. Highly recommend purchasing tickets online before arrival, as there is an express queue and the queue for on-site purchase may be long. There are 2 cable cars and a railway cart available to ride (depends on ticket purchased) and walking trails with perfect photo ops of the Three Sisters and views. Their cafe sells hot food, coffees and snacks and has a gift shop on site too.

This was a good stop but sooo busy. We bought the full experience and didn’t have time to do more than the the big sky tram before they closed. We got there at 2pm. So if you go make sure you allow time for waiting in long lines. They have cafes and a gift shop. The views were beautiful. Good thing to do with kids.

Amazing experience although it is 2 hrs away from Sydney central. Enjoying the rides and 3 sisters, stunning view, and the wind. Do note that this place is card-only. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  • 4/5 Althea Y. 7 months ago on Google
Loved the fact that we get to explore the place with an unlimited ride package (AUD $54) Instructions were so clear and directions were extremely easy to follow. The guides were the best part of the trip. So patient and knowledgeable about the national park :)

  • 5/5 Tiktiktok G. 7 months ago on Google
50 bucks for a ticket. With the ticket you can take unlimited rides for cable car and railway train before it’s closed. I would recommend to come earlier. We arrived very late and this place was almost closed. We didn’t have time to enjoy the whole place. I would like to come again if I have a chance.

  • 5/5 Ibrahim M. 7 months ago on Google
Very Good experience. Rides from Upper part to the bottom are awesome. Train is the steepest in the world. Ample parking available. Buy online tickets so won't need to wait in the queue.

We visited Scenic World this week and it was an incredible day. The family was visiting from the Outback. I took my daughter and my grandson to visit the Dinosaur exhibit. It was amazing, and the work involved was incredible. The 'Ranger kit' which can be purchased was a big hit, especially the binoculars. Every staff member we came in contact with was happy and helpful. It was a wonderful day out. We left home at 8am and arrived home at 4.30pm. All very tired and but a day to remember.

What a great place for all ages. Although not a physically active person who doesn't do much walking - this place accommodated walks for all abilities. Views are understandably spectacular. Train + both Cable-cars are great fun offering more spectacular views. Visiting Blue Mountains - this is a must. OK cafe + shop too.

Its was a very good experience for specially kids. They enjoyed lot. The had nice time with dinosaurs. There were resturents with good food. Shops were there to buy souvenirs. Due to fire risk one path was cloaed. Before book pls check the detais to get the maximum for your money. The administration should have arrange to refund part of the chargers as one the longest walk path was closed. Dissapointed about it. If you are planning to visit tray to go early as possible in the morning. Public transport by train and then by bus is very convenient . All together nice experience.

Very entertaining spot. I would recommend riding the rail down - it was a surprisingly steep drop and fun! The walk through the trees is covered and cool. Dinosaur Valley was fun with the animatronic dinosaurs. There was a wide variety of dinos to see. The ride up the gondola gives you a great view of the waterfall and Three Sisters if you're in the front right hand side. Of course, you have to be ok with fake dinosaurs to think this was fun so take my review with your own preferences in mind. I found it entertaining.

There are a lot of guests here. It is a very interesting experience to visit the area with moving dinosaur models and the history of the train car with the most inclined rails. In particular, visitors can see the mountains and valleys at an altitude of nearly 300m in the sky cabin.

  • 5/5 jacqui p. 5 months ago on Google
Very steep rail track down into the canyon, beautiful scenery surrounding you everywhere. We had a guide, whom I felt added to the experience with his knowledge of habitat, history etc. (felt we wouldn't have had the same pos experience without a guide). Cable car ride bk up. Not really suitable I'd say for physically challenged people unfortunately.

Great day out for a family. However very busy on weekends, get there early to avoid long wait times. All rides unlimited pass was $50 and took us about 2 hours total to complete.
