We
always
visit
Scenic
World
when
we’re
in
the
Mountains
and
your
crew
always
look
after
us.
Yesterday
was
no
exception
and
I
wanted
to
give
you
some
feedback
on
our
experience.
We
normally
walk
into
the
Valley
either
down
Furber
Steps
or
Golden
Stairs,
get
the
train
up
and
grab
some
food
from
the
café.
The
train
driver
explained
the
boarding/seating
procedure
clearly
after
sanitising
the
train.
He
also
explained
without
adding
any
doom
and
gloom
or
commentary,
just
got
the
info
across,
which
is
refreshing.
When
we
got
to
the
top
your
gate
attendant
asked
us
if
she
could
ask
us
some
COVID-19
related
questions,
which
we
complied
and
paid
for
the
train
ride.
We
went
upstairs
to
the
café
and
ordered
some
lunch,
one
of
your
crew
was
sanitising
the
tables
and
seats.
It
was
pretty
quiet
and
our
food
came
out
quickly
and
tasty.
Although
it
was
quiet,
I
could
see
your
bollard
system
was
effective
in
terms
of
social
distancing.
It's
obvious
that
there
are
about
a
third
of
normal
customers,
but
the
same
amount
of
staff,
if
not
more,
were
working.
I've
recently
learned
the
owners
are
local
and
I
really
hope
you
make
it
out
the
other
side.
We
only
visit
2
or
3
times
a
year,
but
we'll
continue
to
be
customers
for
life.
