My
first
time
at
Ember
Byron
Bay
was
back
in
June
for
my
birthday.
The
steak
was
so
good
that
it
left
a
lasting
impression,
and
I
vowed
that
the
next
time
I
went
back
to
BB,
I
would
go
back
to
Ember.
I
was
up
there,
again,
last
week
for
7
days
and
spent
4
dinners
at
Ember.
I
couldn't
get
enough!
The
Wagyu
was
AMAZING!!
If
I
could
have,
I
would
have
had
2
each
night.
I
ordered
it
with
the
Herb
Butter
and
Garlic
Butter.
Creamy
Mash
Potato
was
my
side,
and
I
added
Creamy
Garlic
to
my
Mash.
The
food
is
always
cooked
to
perfection.
I
have
never
had
a
bad
experience
at
Ember.
I
have
CPTSD
and
am
quite
scared
of
being
in
public.
The
staff
were
amazing
at
accommodating
my
needs
to
be
in
an
area
where
no
one
was
likely
to
be
able
to
walk
behind
me,
which
would
send
me
into
a
panic.
They
were
friendly,
always
smiling,
and
just
a
great
bunch.
Very
attentive
and
quick
to
respond
if
you
needed
their
help.
This
has
become
my
absolute
favourite
restaurant
in
Australia
and
I
highly
recommend
a
visit!
You
won't
regret
it.
