    The worst customer service. Ordered a bed and had to borrow a truck to pick it up. Got home and realise they gave me the wrong items. Drive back and they were closing up and even though there were still staff there they refused to help me and told me to come back once they were open. Called up and had delivery organised and took time off to receive the order but they didn’t even show up. Calling up all day but no one wants to answer the phone and courier company put us on hold for over and hour and just hung up the line. I will be wanting a refund out of principle. You treat customers that poorly then you do not deserve my business.

    Pretty bad service! Not approachable, neither friendly. We just went and browse around to see products and left without having a chat with anyone. However I went some other fantastic furniture store - customer service reps were approachable and friendly. Pity !

    This is the Worst Costumer care ever. I've waited 3 weeks for them to bring my beds and mattress. 3 weeks later,they called me so they can bring my Bed Furniture. They Didn't Showed up, I called them a lot of times for 1 hour until, I hanged up. Finally They called me 'apologising' that why they didn't bring my Furniture. Today they bring only my Mattresses not my Beds. BUT they bring the wrong Mattress. I called them again but they didn't answer . They need a new Mangement.

    I had a qwfully bad experience with the stock. I understand there are covid related impacts but the least that could be done is a partial delivery free of cost to help others especially when you spend loads at the shop. Always running for dollars ( even double digit ) is not a sign of customer satisfaction and happiness. Very Disappointed with them. Wish I could give a minus rating

    There’s this dumb4ss, smart-4ss-wanna-be called Paul (from Crossroads store) that thinks arbitrarily using customers’ personal information, such as a customer’s contact number, for unwarranted, unwanted phone calls, EVEN AFTER ADVISING THAT I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED (hence the creation of emails, text messages, etc) is funny! Guess what, Paul? You got another complaint for your sad, poor, hilarious attempt of trying to act like a smart-ass…!!! Worth a 1 star review, something I’ve previously thought to be unfair to give due to the work of other professionals within the business that are, unlike you and indeed, professional…

    I received my bulky purchases without any help for unpacking while I paid for delivery service totally. It was so annoying they didn't explain clearly in the store about it and was not responsible for that.

    Went to Fantastic Furniture Crossroads and not even a greeting from the team inside. Ordered 2 Toto Bar Stools in white but they didn't have the table we wanted in stock. That's fine. Was told to go in the back to collect them. Ring the doorbell and the guy gives me attitude like i ruined his day. Not a single other person in sight (customers & staff) and his just on his phone sitting on the table. What did i do to you bro? Took the bloke a while to find it when it was actually in front of him as the other team member pointed it out. He proceeds to take the stool parts out of the boxes which was confusing but didn't question anything. He puts it in the boot of my car and gets me to sign something to say i recieved it. We leave and go home. Came home to assemble with my partner and turns out they didn't provide all the parts. We are missing numerous pieces and given duplicates of pieces that we don't need. We couldn't assemble the stools and now have to wait until tomorrow to call / go to the store for their mistake. So we have to take it back to our car, drive back to the store, explain were missing parts for the chairs, unload it if are getting a refund and waste our time getting this all fixed due to the incompetance of the staff here. It's 2 bar stools guys. Not that hard. They clearly don't care so why should you? Shop somewhere else or go to another branch. We actually went to Freedom Furniture after we bought the stools before we went to the back of Fantastic Furniture to browse around and the two girls inside greeted both my partner when we went in and they overall had a better looking store with lots of variety. What a shame.

    Brought a online only order no communication no phone number for the delivery company no refund it's been over 2 weeks since the delivery was supposed to arrive do not shop at fantastic furniture unless you pick it up yourself there is better and cheaper elsewhere there delivery company is shocking I feel like I've been scammed

    Excellent customer service. David was very helpful and kind. The rest of the team were upbeat and having fun. Much better prices and experience then all the surrounding furniture places!

    The standards have dropped alot since the last few times I was there. Although the prices have increased drastically. The same bedroom set I had bought a few years ago for $1600 has gone up double the price. Not worth it.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. However the items we wanted wasn't in stock at that store. The staff member checked on their computer system and it was available at the Warwick Farm store. I asked could we order it and I'll go and pick it up. I was told they couldn't do orders for other stores. That doesn't make sense. They are all the same brand. I would suggest that be implemented. In 2020 if I can order it online from my lounge room, surely stores could do it of the same brand via their system? Obviously not. Anyway, ended up getting what we wanted and we are happy with the product.

    It's my new tv table.when I open the box,I find its broken.i call the service,they ask me bring back.its very big one table,it's very hard for me to bring it back,and because there is no cover box on it,and the conner is very sharp,so it's dangerous for me .and I ask help for fantastic,but no feed back.its not my fault,I just want buy a table,but it give me a lot trouble.
