We
paid
$175/night
for
"The
Suite",
which
is
quite
expensive.
The
good:
1.
The
view
to
the
sea.
2.
The
floor
was
clean
The
bad:
1.
The
room
was
dirty.
2.
The
ensuite
bathroom
space
was
ridiculous
3.
No
plates
and
cuttlery
in
the
room
except
a
tiny
tea
spoon.
4.
No
bed
sides
electric
plugs
to
plug
USB
chargers.
One
electric
strip
under
the
bed
to
feed
both
table
lamps.
5.
The
coffee/tea
supply
in
the
$175
room
is
very
poor.
OK,
it
has
coffee
"bags"
(2).
Very
weak.
At
the
end
of
the
first
day,
I
went
down
to
reception
asking
for
more
coffee.
It
was
like
I
asked
for
the
Moon!
I
was
told
only
"The
Suite"
has
this
wonderful
coffee
bags...
I
thought
of
getting
a
couple
from
the
main
kitchen
area
but
I
was
told
only
instant
coffee
there.
The
Manager
reluctantly
agree
to
give
me
2
more
bags!
Blymey,
we
paid
for
2
night,
$350
total.
If
asking
for
a
few
"coffee
bags"
is
too
expensive
for
these
people,
it
is
terrible.
6.
The
attitude
of
the
managers
is
deplorable.
When
told
the
room
was
dirty,
they
refused
to
believe
me.
I
asked
them
to
come
up
and
see
for
themselves
and
they
responsded
"We
are
too
busy
to
do
that!".
They
were
in
total
denial
telling
me
I
was
a
liar.
I
have
photos
to
prove
them
that
the
bathroom
back
of
the
sliding
door
was
black
of
dirt,
the
top
of
the
door
frames
were
all
dirty,
the
dirt
visible
on
the
ceiling
fan
blades.
The
price
for
this
room
is
way
too
expensive
for
sub
standard.
I
understand
this
is
an
old
building,
but
they
had
the
room
refitted
with
all
the
latest
fire
alarm
and
sprinklers,
with
running
electric
cables.
The
dirt
has
accumulated
over
time
and
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
age
of
the
building.
It
is
just
plain
lazyness
from
these
managers
who
can't
accept
negative
feedback.
We
will
NEVER
go
back
there
again.
