Visited this venue during my lasertag arena tour throughout Australia. It's equipped with 24 vests, base targets and a warbot. The staff were very friendly.

Kingpin is a fantastic location to head to with friends & family, for the best experience I recommend booking online in advance because yes it gets busy & arriving on a weekend expecting a lane is quite the gamble so book in advance & you will not be disappointed. Comfy lounge, own lane, drinks & food service right to the table! What more could you ask for? They also have laser tag, escape rooms & pool tables/ping pong tables.. not to mention a full arcade downstairs with some amazing VR games to play on “King Kong is 100% awesome” lock it in, kick back & enjoy. Highly recommend as a first date place!

Excellent settings, bar, lounges and gaming kiosks, perfect place to be for a fun day with friends and family. An overall 5 stars from me. The kingpin bowling is located at the 3rd level of the Chermside mall just above their gaming kiosk, a stairway in the kiosk is the access up. Nice place for functions, they have rooms dividing privacy. Bar on site can order online, bookings is essential for larger groups. Plenty to do, cinemas , restaurants nearby. We love it here and will certainly come again.

We had our son’s 10th birthday party at Kingpin Chermside. We were so please the party host Jasmine and how organised and attending she was. Great value for money. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their time here and made lots of good memories. Highly recommend. Thank you!

You can always find a good time at Kingpin! They've got several bowling lanes, escape rooms, pool tables and an arcade downstairs and a few other activities I haven't had a chance to explore yet. Food is reasonably priced with a good variety. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Don’t order food or drinks if you come here, we paid $11 for a plate of chips and ended up waiting half an hour to receive a small basket with a handful of chips in it. The people next to us were also complaining about the same issue. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

A great place to host parties specially for kids. Sam, Sophia and Ella were superb hosts indulging kids with 3 hours of fun activities while parents could sit back and chillax.

Sage looked after us tonight at my friends birthday she’s an amazing host and very attentive to our needs super fast with the drinks and service. Highly recommended and definitely would ask for her next time we’re here.

Really great place to come and have fun with friends and family. I always enjoy coming here and i always have the best time here! All the staff are really great, helpful and friendly. One staff in particular, Nessa really outstanding and outshines everyone. She was super nice, very helpful and just the best person ever. She really made my night.

I can highly recommend a party at Kingpin! It is well set up and organized and most importantly my 6yo son and his friends had a blast. Michaela was their party host and she was exceptional. Engaging a group of 6yo boys isn’t easy but she made it a fun and interactive experience for them all. We’d be happy to have another party at Kingpin again.

We recently had a staff function at Kingpin and cannot praise our event planner on the day enough! Ryley was warm, friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. He ensured the food came out quickly to feed our hungry staff after they had worked all day, he was always on standby if we needed anything while allowing us to enjoy our function, even turning down the music at one point while we did some presentations (without being asked either). The food was delicious and everyone commented on what a great time it was. Ryley is an absolute asset to your brand and we will be back again and requesting him in future!

My kids had a blast. Kept them entertained the whole time. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t enough duck keyrings for the birthday boys. But Faith tried to make up for it by offering other charms. Sam at the front desk was also amazing to deal with! Great place to have a party.

Went to play some laser tag at Kingpin our attendant nessa I was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the whole process in it so she’s a wonderful person and a great value to the team. Very happy to come back and hope to see her again. There was a was an older gentleman I think the mane tag said Sam.He didn’t seem very kind. He was very sour, I wasn’t very happy with his service, and delivery of it in his attitude. But overall great experience!

Me and a groups of mates have been to bowling so much and we have love them service every time we have been! We have been served by Nikki every time and they have been so amazing! Always gives a warm welcome to is the second we walk in. Goes out of their way to make sure we have all our food and drinks and even if we are annoying they are still clam and gives us 5 star service. Nikki goes above and beyond for our group every time we are in and we will be coming back even more due to the friendly service. Thank you Nikki and the amazing team for looking after us every time!

Kian was our host at Chermside Kingpin and he was amazing as well as all the other staff... Our package was great value and the kids had a blast.

Great experience! We had 3 hosts- Channel, Jasmine and Sienna. Everything ran smoothly for our son’s birthday party. Would have preferred improved efficiency though. Maybe the food orders could have been taken whilst the kids were bowling to save time and the cake could have been cut on a cleared table and in a position where everyone could gather around. But overall very happy with my experience and will consider Kingpin cherm side again!

Had a great experience at Kingpin today as my daughter was not keen on the idea of bowling at first, yet she eventually had a complete 180 on the idea when the friendly staff came to our assistance and cheered her up! I want to specifically commend our wonderful server Lara, who taught my daughter to use the bowling ramps. Seeing her face turn from a frown to grin in a matter of minutes was so precious! Our family gives much thanks to the great service provided by staff. 5 stars.

I had my son's 8th birthday party at Chermside Kingpin. It was wonderful The hosts were Sophie, Eliza &Sienna and they were so great. (Super kind to kids and us) We were quite pleased👍

My eight year old held his birthday party today. Michaela was the party host. Michaela was ever so sweet and keen to make the party special for my son. She did a great job as did other members of the King Pin team. The team were also accomodating around a change in schedule half way through the party when I noticed the kids needed a break and lunch before heading down to the games arcade. Nothing was a problem for the King Pin team. Thanks guys.

We were planning a park party for our son's 6th birthday, and at very short notice we needed to find a venue due to rain. With only two days notice we had everything arranged at Kingpin which was a great relief. Venue was fantastic, and the party package was good value with all of the activities and food included. Great credit to Lilla and Lily for hosting our party and keeping a small army of 5-6 year olds entertained and under control. Highly recommended :)

Staff have no idea what they are doing. Waited at the lazertag entrance with no direction, missed half the first round, staff just don't care. Entered half way through first round, second round the suit wouldn't even work. Than the third session I just gave up and walked out. No refunds no explanation. Just staff laughing and saying they don't know why it didn't work

This party was amazing, our host faith, she was the best server ever, she made sure we were all happy and enjoying our time, she made our time here way better at kingpin, they were amazing at serving us, definitely will come again, recommend, Faith, my host when I was here at kingpin, she was so kind and happy to be where she is, the best service ever. Excellent well-planned (platinum) party, with a superb host, Michaela. My daughter and her friends had the best time (karaoke, laser tag, games). Food was tasty and they also catered for gluten-free preferences. The donut cake was a bit delayed so the kids were given extra air hockey games while we waited. Overall, an enjoyable party, and would highly recommend.

We had our sons 6th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. Cannot thank the team enough for taking care of us, our son had the best birthday ever. Special thanks to Sophia who was incredible and so helpful from start to finish we adored her.

I would like to personally thank the amazing staff that helped me with my children today. Their father had a medical episode and everyone jumped in so quickly to help us. Your staff went above and beyond to distract my children from the situation. They even bought them drinks and took them to select a toy each. Purchased Gold kids party package for 13 11yo boys who all had a great time! “Best party ever” was said by many. For older aged group like ours the included kids meal served after games looked to small (perfect size for younger kids) so we purchased additional food for serving during / after bowling which was perfect. Thank you so much to party host Mark, keeping everyone happy and on schedule wasn’t easy. We appreciated your calm friendly manner. Also thank you to the rest of the Kingpin team. Service was amazing! Lucy and Aidan facilitated my sons birthday party, and with the kids for 3 hours. They prepared everything, made it easy for us and were organized with time. They were fantastic, attentive, and helpful. Great birthday celebration from start to finish.The kids enjoyed all the fun activities and the parents were able to chill and relax.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My son had his card stolen with several thousand points on it. The manager, Ben, not only reissued a new card with all points and lost money but took to e to track the old card and locate the thief. Great tome had by the kids and very happy with the effort from the staff 🙏

Lovely venue to enjoy activities, drink and eat. Thanks for making the best experience for me and my group of 12 mums last night. Shout out to the employee, Sam - he looked after us, was so kind and funny plus he kept us on schedule! Will be back
