Mary and Joseph are so very helpful and friendly, and met all of my extra requests quickly and obligingly. The room was squeaky clean, well spaced, and the air conditioner quickly cooled the room. The bathroom was well appointed with decent sized towel rails, good pressure from the shower, and plenty of space to lay out toiletries. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay away from home. One note: if you're sensitive to traffic noise, your windows will need to be closed since the Hume Highway is quite noisy right throughout the night with the windows open. Thanks so much to Mary and Joseph for such a refreshingly pleasant experience.

Me and My friends were just wanting a night out to have fun. We booked the place to stay because we were too far from our house and the place we wanted to go was near this motel. When we walked in Joseph was nice but he was asking very personal questions which made our first impressions of the place slowly go down. For example why are you staying here for? Etc we felt that we couldn’t just book the place and stay in a nice motel. That we have to say all of our personal information. And ALSO PAY $150 for A DEPOSIT !!!! On top of the $210 we paid for our room. I’ve been to the Star yes more expensive but they never once asked me personal questions and also didn’t make me pay a deposit too! // Never will stay here again because he was also demanding us things that we can’t do in the place like it was such bad customer service. when in the end it was just booked for 3 people just wanting to sleep but saying to us not to party not to bring people around multiple times as if we didn’t understand and it just made us 20 year olds feel like we are incompetent in listening. But I will say also the rooms are very clean but not spacious and smell 100% of bleach we felt like we were engulfed by the smell. But again WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!!

This Best Western should just be call “The Best Western”. I have stayed in many Best Western motels and this was by far the best motel I have stayed in. Joseph was particularly a stand out with a professional and friendly phone manner to the most amazing clean Reception and the room was just as amazing. The shower was clean and all of the facilities worked. the bed was comfortable and the pillow choice was great too. You could smell the cleanliness in the room. The location is so convenient, I will definitely make this my new “go to” motel when visiting Sydney. Thanks Joseph snd crew, keep up the good work!

We stayed here twice and both times, our rooms were immaculate. The rooms were spacious for three adults with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels were provided and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The people who manage this property are very friendly and lovely to deal with and they are personally invested in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for people coming in from Melbourne or on their way back to Melbourne. Although it is just off the highway, the rooms have double-glazed windows which cut down a lot of the noise, so we slept absolutely fine. Carry earplugs if you're a very light sleeper. It would be great if they provide a microwave in the room for families who want to heat up food/ milk etc. It's not always economical to get takeaway for every meal when you're on the road.

We stayed at Best Western, Casula recently. Great room for the price and good facilities. The service was excellent and nothing was a problem. Managers were very professional and always ready to assist.

We have been staying at Best Western Casula for over 10 years now. I have never been disappointed with the Owners and cleaners. Owners go out of their way to help out on every level. I wish there were More Motels around Australia like this. Thank You

This is a really good place to stay if you are near Casula or Glenfield, NSW. It’s nice and clean with really comfortable good quality mattress. What I really liked also was the breakfast in their nice dining room. One of my stays I had a delicious fresh fruit salad before my favorite breakfast which was bacon and eggs(poached) with grilled tomato , it was a great combination. The price is reasonable, I also enjoyed the coffee. Best western Casula is close to shops and restaurants too. Check out the nice pics on their website -what you see is what you get, and you will not be disappointed!

Hotel has great access to food and entertainment across the Crossroads restaurant at night and easy for us to access from the M5 and M7 and M 31. Joe and Mary make you feel like family and the rooms and clean and tidy with all that you need for a great stay

Stayed at the Beat Western Casula for one night in transit. Room was extremely clean and in excellent condition. All appliances and features in working order. Reception staff were extremely accomodating and friendly - we booked direct as we were travelling with a trailer and were offered to park our car with trailer on in the staff area. Highly recommend.

Often in Sydney for business and this is my go to place. Great service spacious clean rooms and great location. Recommended

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and well priced. The room was spacious. The staff are friendly. I must also mention that despite being near a busy road, it was very quiet. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay was a very last minute situation and the service I received was first class. The rooms are a generous size, very well appointed, very clean with tea & coffee facilities and the beds are comfortable.There is onsite parking however if you have slightly bigger vehicle than normal, there is on street parking available. There are clubs/pubs close by for eating. The only issue I can see, and it is only small as you can easily get a cab or uber, is that the train stations are a few kilometres away from the motel. Thoroughly recommend and will stay there again 👍

Best Western Casula is so convenient located near the M5 but is still quite in the comfy rooms. The staff have always greeted me warmly and cant do enough to help. The rooms are always clean, tidy, a comfy bed and hot shower. Reliable internet and quite air conditioning make for a good stay each time i have been there.

Immaculate room and everything looks so clean around the complex. We arrived outside office business hours and the manager was so lovely. Beds were comfy and couldn't hear any traffic noise from the busy road. Thank you for being so lovely. :)

Extremely friendly staff member Jenny and Joseph on the Phone. The room was spotless, the location to the Liverpool CBD was fantastic, and it has quick access to the Hume Highway , and out the city. We will stay there from now onwards.

You are looked after as soon as you arrive. The owner is happy to help you with anything you need. The rooms are big and spacious, the mattress was very comfy. I will definitely book in again next time I'm in NSW

First time I have stayed at one of the large chain Best Westerns and I must say it was alright. For a 4 star hotel I was very happy. Decent service from the employees, the room was clean, tidy and it was well presented. Plenty of car parks and it was close to what we needed. No idea on the price as worked paid for it. The shower was of a great size and that has to be said.

We were free camping when in a frantic rush we had to pack up and find a place to stay because of the flooding. After a quick Google search, we took a chance and found Best Western Casual. Upon arrival at 10pm the owner was so accommodating from the get go. He made room for the 3 patrols to park and checked us in with ease. The rooms were immaculate and provided a comfortable nights stay. Absolutely no cons!

Great place to stay. Staff are lovely, you won't find nicer hotel staff. Rooms are fairly well maintained and very clean. Ours had a bath 😍 would definitely come back here without any hesitation.
