I could not recommend Robyn and the team highly enough in regards to the take home sleep study and follow up analysis sessions. They handle everything for you from the GP referrals to the sleep physicians and truly make it a seamless experience. They really care about you and your sleep and you see that in the clear communication from them. They give you amazing step by step walk throughs of how to do the study and attach the machine etc. super professional and with a lot of experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Sleep Clinic Services. They were able to diagnose my (rather severe) sleep apnoea with their quick and painless overnight in-home test, and for the last year and a bit, have been providing regular check ups to ease me into using my CPAP device. Darryn and Robyn have provided consistent, prompt and friendly customer service by email and phone and have always offered discounts on replacement or extra kit. They will help you adjust any settings from their end after a consultation period, and it is clear they put the customer and our comfort first. If you or someone you know is battling apnoea or snoring, give them a call!

My experience with Sleep Clinic Services was 5star throughout. Am very thankful for Robyn especially for calmly talking me through the process over the phone when I was flustered as I was home alone and had only recently got out of hospital after a heart attack. The process was simple enough, I was just confused from being tired and under a little stress. All staff I have encountered either by phone or email have been professional and empathetic. Will definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with sleep clinic services. I had my test delivered to my house and after doing the test, i had it sent back. Delivery is super quick and I got my information way ahead of schedule. Big thanks to the sleep clinic team, they were very helpful and gave me good insight to my sleeping behaviour.

I would like to give this service a 5 star rating. The reason on doing so as I needed help on knowing if I had sleep apnea as I have been suffering badly. And I am glad I chose Robyn Fowler as my Sleep doctor as she thoroughly went over everything with me in such clear and detailed information. She took her time and didn't hesitate to ask me any questions and listened to me and made sure I had a great understanding of my results and everything that followed. Very friendly and honestly she made me feel very calm, comfortable and also very happy. The company themselves are quick and efficient in replying and are all abouts your needs. As I spoke to Robyn today she discussed the treatment I needed and also while on the phone I ordered my cpap machine. I have already received an email saying it will be here tomorow. My only regret is not having got hold of Sleep Clinic Services years ago! The whole process has been easy with the information and guidance I've received from them. Nina is a fantastic sleep therapist who was able to explain the results of the initial sleep study to me in clear way and therefore gave me the confidence to go ahead with Sleep Clinic Services' recommendation to invest in a CPAP machine. The immediate benefit of the CPAP therapy has been a complete cessation of snoring (much to my wife's delight) and reduction of apnoea events, resulting in a clearer mind and less fatigue during the day, with the promise of more improvement to come. If you're currently on the fence about engaging Sleep Clinic Services, I'd suggest getting hold of them straight away so as to be able to start your treatment as soon as possible!

Sleep Clinic Services are excellent. I’ll be honest as I was skeptical about the service at first but have to admit all my concerns were washed away immediately. The entire team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind and are always available to assist. My therapist, Robyn, has always been so supportive and over the years I’ve been dealing with her, has been so amazing. Nothing is a problem and I always get the best service I could want. A huge thank you from me. I sleep soundly every night now and my sleep apnea is virtually gone.

My Endocrinologist provided a referral for a sleep company for a sleep analysis. I found Sleep Clinic Services on Google, I called them and within 1 day a device was arranged for me to conduct the sleep study from my home. The device was posted direct to me with a return self addressed express post. I followed the instructions both written with illustrations as well a link to YouTube videos for additional clarification if required. Sleep Clinic Services have been very thorough and their follow up services are 2nd to none. The results are due within 2 business weeks. I am very happy with my experiences with Sleep Clinic Services. The company that my referral was for still haven't contacted me I made 2 attempts to call them and got cut off the first time and the 2nd I got frustrated and hung up.

I investigated a couple of organisations who offer at home sleep studies, and chose Sleep Clinic Services because I was impressed by their professionalism from the first contact with Annette, one of the care coordinators. Every step of the process was explained, streamlined, and exceeded my expectations. I was unsurprised to have confirmation that I not only have obstructive sleep apnoea, but that it's severe. SCS sent me a report after my data was analysed, and then I had a consultation with Darryn, the sleep therapist running my case. He explained the data, what it meant, and what my options were. I started using a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine less than a week later. Though expensive, by buying it through SCS I had, and continue to have, regular follow up. Although I was committed to using the machine, the daily contact with Darryn over that first week made a huge difference, not only to my comfort but also to my continued use of CPAP every night. I received a report every morning, gave Darryn an update on my experience overnight, and he then advised me if adjustments would be useful. As a result, I'm on a higher pressure, which has greatly improved the quality of my sleep, and I've changed from a nasal mask to the full face version (which is oddly more comfortable). I sought sleep studies because I knew sleep apnoea increased my risks of a stroke or sudden cardiac death. I didn't realsie that I would no longer wake overnight, wake up from dreams that I can't breathe, have no more morning headaches, and stop falling asleep during the day (not even in long meetings). I hadn't realised just how used to all these things I'd become until they disappeared. Knowing that SCS's support will continue, that I will continue to receive reports every three months, and tat I can contact the team if I have any questions or concerns, is a huge reassurance. I'm very deeply appreciative of the service SCS provides, and to their expert, professional, thoughtful and thorough team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff were amazing and arranged for my machine delivered direct and ongoing support. She helped me do the initial set-up of my machine and reported back to me weekly, made remote adjustments and gave me confidence to keep going. Outstanding service. I chose Sleep Clinic Services a couple of years ago now to diagnose my sleep apnoea, and the process has been so easy especially because I don’t have to go out to any appointments, everything is done within the comfort of my own home. I have been dealing with Robyn from the beginning and she has always been so helpful and informative, always making sure to explain anything I’m unsure about and always calls exactly when the calls are scheduled for to the minute. 2-3 years on I am still having my quarterly appointments over the phone at no extra cost (due to paying for everything up front), and my apnoea results are amazing with regular use of the CPAP machine. Highly recommend this company.

With the initial assessment which I was able to do at home with telephone instructions and support from sleep services. I was found to have severe sleep apnoea. With clear instructions via phone I was able to set up my CPAP machine with personalised settings. This was two years ago and my daily health has improved dramatically. My nightly sleep pattern is recorded and Robyn my sleep services support person talks with me every 3 months and discusses my results. This follow up service is at no charge.I am forever grateful for the initial and ongoing support I receive and highly recommend Sleep Clinic Services.
