Very sad to see this clinic go private, I have since transferred my files to a new doctors that do bulk billing. I've been going here for 5 or so years now and to be honest, with my previous experience here it is not worth paying out of pocket for especially since you wait for over an hour each time in person for an appointment and over 2 hours if you've made a phone consult. I would not pay out of pocket for a service that can't stay on time with their appointments. The only good doctor here is Dr Sabina even then it's hard to book in with her due to availabilities. I wish this clinic good luck and I hope they can work on these issues for their future patients.

So angry. I booked in to see a doctor here as my son had come down with tonsillitis and our regular clinic had no appointments for that day. We knew what he had it as he has had it multiple times, I knew it would be a quick visit. I was frustrated to learn that it was a fee paying clinic, which threw me a bit, however he needed the penicillin, he'd already waited a few days for the appointment. What got my blood boiling the most, was that when I went to pay the $75 the receptionist told me that it was an extra long appointment so the doctor has charged the $110 rate! I said excuse me?? he was literally in there for 10 mins??!! All he did was confirm he had tonsillitis, wrote a prescription and doctors certificate and came out, that's it, not a 26 mins consult as suggested by the clinic. I cannot stand dishonest doctors that want to charge more money than what the service was. It doesn't matter that the rebate from medicare is the same for me. That's not the point. I thought going to the doctor was about the patient not the clinic. I do not recommend this clinic!

I was really ill so I booked to see a female doctor but after waiting close to an hour they told me she was unavailable and to see another doctor that was available at the time. I agreed and saw him, he did not listen to me and my symptoms properly and requested a blood tests where he wanted to check if I was pregnant even though I told him I was on my period, which the nurses at the blood lab queried as well. A few days later I was still sick so I went to another medical centre and the doctor diagnosed me with bronchitis and acute pneumonia on the spot, he prescribed me the meds I needed and I was on my way back to recovery. Never coming back to this clinic, waste of time and they don't seem to care about their patients.

Yesterday I went to see Dr Shah Hossain after been sick for the whole week, with a painful tonsil and high fever. He only checked my throat and said I am fine, I went home could not sleep the whole night with pain and temperature only Panadol was helping. This morning I went to another Clinic, they checked and found my tonsil are very bad and even gave me prescription of tabs to reduce the swollen. He was very rude and telling me I should go to emergency if in need more help but not from him and charged me $79.

Came 3 times for GP appointment and the doctor always came late. We’re talking about 30mins late. Everytime I asked they always said “serving another patient”. Didn’t make sense, don’t you guys have a consultation timing? We have a reason why we booked an early slot hence the baby got really fussy.

Wonderful experience with Boardwalk Health Medical Centre. Dr Fayaz Wani was a wonderful surgeon, and the Nurse was always helpful and very friendly. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Boardwalk Health Medical Centre and would highly recommend to anyone. Great medical Clinic and wonder full supportive staff wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr Fayaz Wani taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my one of my best Friend and can see why. Highly recommended. No doubt long waiting time but it was acceptable and taking with positively as popular clinic and good advice provided by Dr.

Most disgusting experience I've had at a medical centre. Went there since I was in incredible amounts of pain after hurting my back and they were the only ones that had available appointments since my regular doctor wasn't available. Doctor threatening to not give me a prescription because I hadn't been there in years and apparently had already bought pain killers and refused to say which pain killers I'd apparently bought and when I asked him to tell me because I actually haven't bought any and was trying to explain that and then he said "if you keep asking I'm not going to give you your prescription". saying "stick to your usual doctor" after I'd explained the only reason I went there was because they were the only ones available and I was in so much pain I couldn't wait 2 days to see my usual doctor, but I guess I will be doing that from now on because there is no way in hell I will ever go back to see this doctor. Dr Shah Hossain should really reassess the way he talks to his patients. The only good thing was the receptionist was lovely.

My regular doctors, never had an issue with any of the doctors there (I have only seen Dr Sana personally). They were very quick with sending me for an urgent ultrasound for possible appendicitis when I had a general appointment for stomach pain and called my emergency contact when I did not pick up once my doctor received the confirmation that I did have appendicitis. Yes they have long wait times sometimes during after school hours but I've never had a bad experience with this centre.

The receptionist(pink highlights) needs training badly. She won’t communicate while making booking that masks are mandatory and when you turn up, she will talk to you in a rude tone and try to sell you mask for $1 each. Looks like their clinic is not making enough money for them, that’s why they are selling masks. Understand they are going through tough times but not sure if making few dollars like this is gonna save them, instead its showing their true characteristics. Also, there are long wait times whenever you go. Speaks a lot about the mis-management. Stay away.

I had multiple appelling experience with Dr Shah Hussain. For both my daughter and myself, he negelcted what should have been an ideal course of medicine. When I requested him for report for validating my license, he got irrate and started behaving rudely. Wnen my wife requested for telephonic appointment, twice the call was promised and never made. I strongly recommend that such doctors are fireed or license withdrawn. Worst doctor to have condulted in my entire 45 years of lifetime in 3 countries.

Have been seeing Dr Fayaz Wani for maybe ten years now. He is a very good Dr, especially for skin issues. Have always found him knowledgeable and helpful. I (very rarely) feel rushed by him. My one negative comment is that you always to wait for your appointment, but that is also the sign of a popular Dr :)

I had a skin checkup with Dr Fayez Wani and it was very uncomfortable. He asked me to get on the bed naked with no sheet, whilst he was thorough with his check and did supply me with a sheet when l requested one, I would not recommend him. I asked about basic skin laser and he quoted me over $1000 for something that costs about $400. The most disturbing thing is my husband had a skin check and was not asked to remove ANY clothing!

I have been going to this Medical Centre for the last 12 years since coming from Sydney; have been seen by just about every doctor who was available......but mostly comfortable I would be when Dr Wani or his wife Amina are on duty; they're both very competent, knowledgeable and kind...they both have seen my Mother for years till she passed away; we both had every single time the appropriate treatment or been told: " you have a cold...it's viral, you know...go home...hydrate & rest well...no point to give you antibiotic!" Dr Wani doesn't speak much but his words are always wise, encouraging and reassuring; there is no better Doctor in Point Cook and I always recommend him to everyone in need; Every consultation takes time...and doctors are humans too...I have seen them coming to work..sick...I could hear their husky voice from under the mask!..please people don't be 'snappy'... arm yourself with patience when you turn up in the Clinic....the reception phone rings non stop...despite of this the staff like Lesley...are very kind and ready to sort things out to speed up the process for patients to be seen....

I had my first visit at the clinic with Dr Bushra. I asked for a referral for blood tests as I knew there was something wrong. According to my age I thought it may have been early stages of menopause. I also wanted to have my blood sugar & cholesterol checked. She refused to give me a referral & told me she didn’t understand why other doctors do it because ‘it’s a waste of time’. Her attitude was very dismissive. I went back to my old doctor in Pakenham who gave me the referral & have recently discovered I have Graves Disease. My doctor went ahead & booked me in for an endocrinologist appointment for as soon as possible because my condition is quite extreme. So no, I do not recommend this clinic.

Can't believe I paid $80 for a doctor to tell me to take panadol for a migraine that has been reoccurring for 3 weeks due to a tumor growing in my sinus. If you need serious medical help DO NOT go to this practice

Not happy with service, we usually visit to this clinic for our childrens, when we ask to sign identity documents they ask for $110 which should be free service. We signed with other doctor in past and she signed with no charge. Will never visit them again. Best to see some doctor who actually work for community.

Its the worst clinic with worst customer service. Every time the wait time is over an hour to be seen by a doctor/nurse and the receptionist is very rude. After an hour when its my turn to see the doctor, the doctor will be super quick and not even attend properly. What a waste of time to see a doctor. I took my daughter for flu vaccination and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes, even after which they were not sure on when the nurse can see me.

This clinic used to be amazing when I first moved to the area. Dr Shifra Nadari was one of the best Dr's I've been to. Unfortunately she has left and this clinic has gone down hill. Wait times seem to be a minimum of 1hr. If you book in for a phone consult with Dr Wani, you simply won't receive a call. I've been to the clinic with this pregnancy 4-5 times including initial consult about the pregnancy and to get a referral to the hosp and on no visit has my blood pressure been taken. Extremely disappointed to say the least! Enough is enough. I'm out.

Dr Sana has helped me recover from an injury and assisted me in being able to return to work. She has helped with all the forms required by my employer and helped me with arranging physiotherapy appointments to ensure i heal properly. Very caring doctor that is really interested in her patients.

Doctor Sana was quite lovely and professional. However, as with a majority of these other reviews, the front receptionists make for a horrible experience. I brought my son in for a first a 9:20 consultation. Ended up seeing the doctor at 10. Whilst I understand delays are inevitable, the lack of acknowledgements and updates from the front desk is deplorable. They need training in basic fundamentals of customer service. Acknowledge, smile, and communicate. Its a shame, because for a regular polite person, its quite easy to do.

We have been sticking with this practice for 4 years now because Dr.Sabina Amin has been good for us. Unfortunately due to other doctor being unavailable you sometimes get to consult with Dr.Shah which you never fail to regret. I was hoping he might be a bit better when treating a 6 year old, but no. The same insufferable attitude, rudeness and yet again misdiagnosis. Arrogance can't hide incompetence. Will not go back to this center.

I made an appointment for 11:45am but they texted me a reminder for 11:00am.. apparently my appointment time was changed without my consent. When i turned up to the clinic for my appointment they were closed. I phoned them and found out that everyone were in self isolation as the clinic became an exposure site. That's fair enough but i would had appreciated a text/call to inform me of the closure, i took time off work for this appointment.

This "medical centre" is an absolute joke. Drs too worried about money and not even remotely concerned about their patients. Dr was more worried about who had parked in the carpark than seeing a patient who had booked in an appointment and in the waiting room waiting. I'll be finding a new GP.

Dr. Sanaz is amazing, efficient & kind. People are quick to judge and write a negative review, so I figured may as well share some positivity in this review section as well.

Booked online for Friday 10am, they sent me a confirmation into my outlook calendar. When I went the receptionist denied it and insisted it was Saturday 10 instead.. no problem with that booking mistake but just admit it rather than lying about it. Pls cancel the appointment for Saturday. Pls also correct the mistake with your booking system.. sending a wrong appointment isn't great

Dr Sanaz Keshavarzi is really the only reason I bother with this clinic. She is an absolute star, I would give 10 stars to her - but everything else is not worth the time. I’ve had about 3 appointments cancelled on me while Ive been waiting. I’ve been told I’ve been booked in for a Telehealth appointment, only to never receive a call. We’ve had doctors completely ignore our questions here. It’s truly one of the worst clinics otherwise. In saying that, I would travel to consult with Dr Sanaz as it’s rare to find an efficient doctor like her

Why have a telephone number and advertisement on Google about this practice and when you call their is NO ONE to answer the phone what kinda service is that do they want patients or not doesn’t seem like it their loss not mine 😁 I have 1,000 other doctor practices to try locally as it’s a emergency but a quick one I’m not going to the ER just for stitches to be removed and waiting 12hrs I will never call again a waste of my time what type of medical centre have no staff

  • 1/5 Patrick A. 2 years ago on Google
The absolute worst doctor's office in the area. You will wait for each and every appointment for far to long (more than 90 minutes) only to be treated with the least care possible. Absolutely disgraceful. Doctors straight up ignoring symptoms. If you want actual medical attention go anywhere else.

  • 1/5 Sharmilah R. 2 years ago on Google
Front receptionists are doing all that they can - I get that. But the wait time is no less than one hour in person. Even a phone consultation appointment which I had made on a separate occasion, only after leaving 3 reminders did the doctor finally made it to her appointment again one hour late. Recently I had went to see a doctor after taking an ultrasound - I left the appointment feeling unsure about the diagnose I had received from her, so I then thought better to seek a different doctor's opinion from another medical center and his diagnose was completely different! I'm really happy with the reception staff, they are so nice, beautiful and helpful. The doctor was running late and they were very humble to let me know. Dr. Wani is so nice he takes time to listen to the problem. Thank you Andy.

My girlfriend has been a patient at this clinic for many years. She has spoken highly of the staff there especially Dr Sabina Amin. We recently had our COVID 19 vaccinations there and were very pleased with the care , kindness and professionalism we received. Thank you to a great medical clinic.
