    I have been going to this medical centre for over and year and was pleased with Dr Oliver Smith (he has now left). I saw Dr Richards for the first time today, (had made an apt 2 days before) . I waited almost one hour, then I was ushered into her room, asked to take a seat, and then she went and saw another patient while I waited (without explanation) again. I felt disrespected as a person, as well as my time (all of our time is precious) Dr Richards interactions and recommendations to me where not what I would expect of a professional GP. I can't recommend her medical or interpersonal skills.

    I really do not like to complain, I fully understand that all your Dr’s are very busy, I have been quite Sick for going on 10 days, had paramedics Monday, they found lung infection, so was told to ring the Dr. Which I did on the same day, was prescribed antibiotics and told to get Chest ex-ray. Also told when the results are ready, ring and make a phone consult, had ex-ray early this morning, the results will be ready Friday afternoon, so rang medical centre as soon as I got home, the receptionist was really nice, BUT I cannot get a phone consult from any Dr till Tuesday next week, I need to know the results as I am really not well, and have to know if I have to reduce antibiotics from two to one a day, very upsetting really. Thankfully I have an appointment Wednesday, but waiting six days to get the results is crazy. What if it is something sinister, I am sure it is not. Sorry I have written so much, what if it was some one with a heart condition. It only takes five minutes to make a call with the results for me. Just not happy. Robyn Buckley.     The receptionist ( Danielle) is the most accommodating ,caring and delightful person to deal with. She was more than willing to help me in my time of need. The doctor I saw ( Dr Vin) was one of the most professional Doctors I have dealt with. I am more than happy to recommend this fantastic team. Traci

    Great doctors if you can get in to see them. Front desk staff are terrible. Lose appointments, make no effort, focused on pushing you to someone else (often just told to come back tomorrow so someone else has to deal with whatever is going on). Not rude, just disinterested and unwilling to do anything. Again, though, great doctors in our experience.

    Great doctors unfortunately terrible experience with front desk rude including manager. They lose my appointment not only first time twice Unbelievable. Specifically when you took day off from work for doctor than you heard you kicked off you are not in system. Front desk staff are terrible. Lose appointments, make no effort, focused on pushing you to someone else (often just told to come back next week so someone else has to deal with whatever is going on). I must say just disinterested and unwilling to do anything. Note: staff must need bit more training treat people with respect. Need to upgrade appointment system get confirmation text when book the appointment and reminder a day before your appointment. As lot of medical center following this method or make simple app online booking. Hopefully take it postive suggestion thanks. Again, though, great doctors in our experience.

    I've been going to Mascot Medical for more than four years now but recently I burnt my face with steam really badly and needed to go to the emergency. Actually it was quicker to go straight to my Dr here and they got me in right away, treated me and then made arrangements to transfer me to emergency after having done first aid. They probably saved my eyesight to be honest. They followed up with all of the ointments and antibiotics and I was back at work in a week.

    This is a great local practise, it has everything! The service that I receive from the Mascot medical and dental centre is excellent. All the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to family and friends happily.

    I have been going to mascot medical for over 20 years. The doctors and receptionist are amazing people. They are so courteous. My current doctor there is amazing. He is a very good diagnostician. I'd recommend mascot medical anytime

    Apologies for taking so long to answer your request. On May 23 I self diagnosed Pleurisy and went to the Mascot Medical & Dental Centre. I had the good fortune to meet Dr.Anthony Stanley. After checking that I was being seen in the allocated time, I told him I thought I had pleurisy on the Left Lung. He confirmed with a stethoscope that it was.He then checked the appropriate dose for Doxsig and Prednisone on line. I was sent out for a chest Xray and a CT Scan. This wasn the most extensive Medical examination I have ever had. There was a follow up phone call at ensure that the Antibiotics were working and I was able to inform him that they where and I was now pain free. It was a delight to be a patient in Dr. Stanleys care. Terry Connolly

    Exceptionally poor service on both occasions. The first time, I came in for a shoulder scan. Dr. Kaushik was very time poor, stressed and had 8 people waiting a variety of times in the waiting room. He rushed through my scan and was not even able to advise any kind of information, insight or diagnosis. He mentioned that diagnosis would be forthcoming only after he had reviewed the report (despite him scanning my shoulder there an then?). When I returned for treatment, he was running late. My appointment was made for 2pm and right now it is 2.45pm with no Dr in sight! The overall feeling and service from this place is really bad and do not expect any kind of insight into your injury as this place is transactional and non-caring. If you are experiencing any kind of injury, then it would be highly recommended that you AVOID this place!!!

    13.02.23 rolled up to see a doctor ref possible fractured right foot. Told by receptionist I would be seen but unsure how long I would have to wait. 40 mins later I was called in and saw Dr Sahni. (Back in England even with an appointment it's not unknown to wait up to 40 mins beyond your time). Referred to Mascot Imaging Centre later that day and had a follow up appointment with Dr Sahni the following morning. Returned next day to be told fractured 5th metatasule and was given an appointment for same day at Mascots Physiotherapy for a boot to be fitted. Great service and efficient staff and treatment.

    I very much appreciated your office seeing me today. I am from the U.S. & visiting with friends in Mascot. I got sick on my 1st day here & have been for 8 days.     Dr Lami the Podiatrist is a delight. Calm and competent, was a pleasure to deal with as was reception & Doctor in the centre. Even helped find me a charger for my dying phone!! Above and beyond. Highly recommend.

    Multiple appointments here and they don’t warn you how much they are going to charge. The consultation was 20min and the doctor charged me $220. I had an appointment at 2:30pm and waited 45 minutes outside breathing in car fumes. I do not recommend this doctors surgery

    Told my name to the receptionist for 9:15 am appointment. She said to take a seat. Only around 10 am have seen the GP I booked in so went to the receptionist again to check how long more to wait. Then only come to know she was actually checking me in at 10 am for 9:15 am appointment. When I asked she said “Doctor is late. Go and wait”. No sorry or anything for missed to checkin first time. It is totally ridiculous. Have to wait another 30 mins to see the doctor.

    I have been going to Mascot Medical for over 6 years - and find them amazing - love the ladies on the front desk and I'm so impressed with the doctors. Over the years the doctors have changed but there always a doctor there to look after me - For the last couple of years I have been seeing Dr Orphanides - and find him so fantastic - he knows his stuff, thinks super fast and just knows what todo - which is great for this aging (53yrs) old male who feels healthy and great but also wants to be checking all the things just incase. Thankyou Mascot Medical team :)

    Rang up mascot medical as I had Covid19. Response from reception was within 20 minutes and the doctor did over the phone consultation. Very happy with Response times.

    Very helpful practice. I had a dermatologist cancellation appointment within a few hours of ringing the dermatologist practise & my dermatologist referral had run out. My usual gp does not work on Wednesdays but they were able to organise a Telehealth appointment with another doctor, who sent me the referral by email, all very efficient.

    Dr. Stanley saw me as an emergency patient &, although absolutely rushed off his feet, managed to be attentive & thorough in offering tests & follow-up appropriate to my case. This was my first GP consultation in three years or more so I was quite shocked as to how overwhelmed the system is post-covid & therefore incredibly grateful that I was still supported so generously at this medical practice.

    I am going to Mascot Medical and Dental Centre for a 2nd Covid Booster shot. Very easy and convenient. Just make a call and book in the time slot for the day, go there, wait 5 minutes and have a shot. No pain at all. The nurse is very polite and professional. Easy and simple. Thanks

    I have regularly been going to this practice for over 10 years due to chronic health issues, and I have always received great, caring health care support. While there have been prior issues with regards to time management/ lengthy wait times past scheduled appointments, I have noticed sinificant improvements on this front in the last 6 - 12 months. The vast majority take place on time/within a reasonable time thereafter. Even though I have moved outside of Mascot, I continue to use them as my primary health care provider.

    I've been going there well over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The whole team there are wonderful, professional, friendly, kind and caring. I can never thank them enough. If I had to move out of Sydney I would miss them so much I'd have to make phone or internet video appointments. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐......⭐🙏

    I have been a patient at this practice for about 7 or 8 years now. The reception staff are amazing, some people are so rude to them and they always handle it with dignity. Not one doctor fits all. The doctor and back up doctor I had for the past few years unfortunately both moved on at the same time. Through trial and error I am very very happy with my new doctor. I will not post a negative review about any other doctors as trying to keep it professional but if it doesn’t feel right try another. I have not gone to the dentist upstairs as I have my own in the city. All in all this is a great family practice.

    I used to see my GP Dr.Jenny and she left. Then I had an appointment with Dr.Richards, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I had a telephone consult as I was not feeling well to go in person. She was very rushing and no patience to understand what I was telling. I felt like I was not heard and she was a bit rude. Not the best experience when you are in pain and want your doctor to help you!
