Love visiting Balanced for Life. I came in for an injury from aerial hoop 2 years ago. Dr Lindy was so thorough with her treatment plan. Not only did she help with my leg injury, she helped improve my posture too. She’s really helped with in clinic treatment, but also provides support exercises I can do at home for general strength and training. The team is also very warm and friendly. Highly recommend Balanced for Life for their chiropractic care :)

All positive vibes and a pleasant atmosphere every time I visit this clinic. Everyone is so friendly and full of energy. Dr Lindy did an outstanding job providing treatment for my reoccurring pinched nerve neck injury with associated elbow and shoulder pain. She is very friendly and passionate, with a genuine heart for helping her patient improve. She made sure I understood the treatment plan, goals, and expectations before committing to it. After several sessions, I improved significantly and can now extend my arm with almost no pain. The treatment plan was very effective, a combination of chiropractic adjustments, laser, and exercise. What makes Dr Lindy and her team to stand out for me is their use of Laser treatment and special caring attention that Lindy and her team provides. I have been to many chiropractors due to my chronic shoulder pain and none made as much difference as Lindy and her team due to using Laser. The entire team at Balanced for Life Castle Hill are lovely, kind people who go above & beyond to make you feel welcomed. I was seeing Kara when I was pregnant & continue to see her postpartum. My son has frequent checkups with Kara & he loves it. Kara was able to detect early signs of lip, tongue & cheek tie which has now been corrected. This has prevented my son from having a speech impediment & breathing problems & also saved me spending thousands of dollars down the track in speech therapy & orthodontic work. I love that Kara helped me set goals, helped me achieve them & now I only go in for maintenance. Highly recommended! 10/10!!

I spent years going to physios to treat my ongoing headaches but no one provided such immediate and consistent relief like Dr Kara did. I was honestly skeptical going to a chiro initially but figured I had nothing to lose and Dr Kara has been brilliant this whole journey. Not only has she got my headaches down to a manageable level and the least-frequently occurring of my adult life, but she's also kept my body in alignment during my third pregnancy whilst I've also been walking in a moon boot for 8 weeks. Dr. Lindy and Pavle are so warm, generous and knowledgeable. After 3 years of daily pain and trying multiple therapies with very little result, I had lost hope until I met Lindy. She has been dedicated to helping find the root cause of my problems and not just masking the symptoms. I am more than grateful to this beautiful duo for helping me through my healing journey and actually listening to my needs. They have allowed me the space to cry and have made me feel truly heard. I have a while to go until I'm pain free but I have noticed improvements and completely trust in Lindy's abilities and advice. My only regret is not seeing them sooner.

I visited Balanced for Life with a very bad neck posture and shoulder issues. Dr. Lindy and Dr. Kara are awesome chiropractors. They did a complete assessment of my posture and gave me a great plan on how to work this out. I am currently with them for few weeks now and already feeling great with my posture and neck issues. Wonderful results and care from “Balance For Life”. I have been dealing with lower back pain for many, many years, and Dr.Hayes has been able to bring me relief. Last year I quitted my job and wasn’t able back to work for four months. I tried different treatments however couldn’t see any signs of getting better. I find them in Google and since then everything changed. The first day I couldn’t even sit on the chair and walk properly. she walked me through how she was going to reduce pain permanently and the cold laser technology they are using. Best thing i did for myself was finding Balanced Life (on Google) and Kara one of the three Chiro”s . A caring, professional,understanding chiro who listened and heard me and set about treating my body to achieve some excellent results for me. I can now move without discomfort or pain. Visiting Balanced for life and being treated by Dr Kara Hayes has been amazing during my pregnancy and in particular during lockdown. My pregnancy induced sciatica has greatly improved thus improving my pregnancy experience. It was also lovely to see Dr Kara, at times weekly who is extremely friendly and helpful.
