The
staff,
including
the
managers,
are
all
lovely
and
very
helpful.
Unfortunately
the
cinema
seems
to
be
so
busy
all
the
time
with
very
few
staff
members.
This
leads
to
the
very
long
queues
as
well
as
the
cinema
being
incredibly
filthy,
for
lack
of
routine
cleaning.
Everytime
I
have
been
there
the
carpet
has
been
sticky,
there
was
popcorn
and
other
rubbish
everywhere
all
over
the
floor,
the
seats,
and
within
the
seams
of
the
seats.
The
layout
of
the
complex
is
very
confusing.
There
are
multiple
floors,
and
multiple
ways
to
get
to
each
floor.
The
popcorn
is
usually
standard
popcorn,
tasting
just
fine.
Perhaps
I
was
just
unlucky,
but
my
box
of
popcorn
was
almost
entirely
filled
with
either
burnt
or
unpopped
kernels.
The
manager
very
easily
swapped
it
out
for
a
fresh
box
with
no
hassle.
This
only
happened
once
throughout
my
several
visits.
The
cinemas
themselves
are
spacious.
The
seats
are
standard
event
cinema
seats,
so
they're
a
lot
smaller
than
hoyts
seats,
and
unlike
hoyts
offer
no
table
area
to
place
food
or
drinks
and
they
don't
recline
in
any
way.
Although
you
do
get
a
cup
tray.
Other
patrons
are
often
loud
and
constantly
talkative.
Nobody
comes
in
to
check
on
the
film
and
patrons
to
ensure
everyone
is
quiet
like
other
cinema
complexes,
even
other
Event
cinema
complexes.
During
the
last
King
Kong
movie
someone
brought
in
a
large
family
of
children
ranging
from
babies
to
8
year
olds.
They
all
ran
around
the
cinema
halfway
through
the
movie
and
wouldn't
stop.
They
were
very
loud.
Asking
them
to
stop
or
to
be
quiet
got
nobody
anywhere.
Not
to
mention
the
fact
that
little
children
shouldn't
be
seeing
such
a
violent
film
as
King
Kong.
