Absolutely disgusting service. Waited for ages to be served while other people came in after me got served before me. Finally got served to just get a battery put in a watch and was told to come back this afternoon at 1pm meanwhile another customer got their watch fixed while I was waiting to be served. I was a valued customer but I will be taking my business elsewhere in future!!!!

Terrible service, poorly trained staff. They are incapable of doing their job properly. Even the simplest jobs of measuring the width of a necklace seems to present problems for them.

Just went in to have a look but ended up buying a necklace for my wife, the staff were friendly and helpful not pushy like most other jewelry stores that only want to make sales and not care if you got what you really wanted.
